Really, whenever I saw Hughes he looked good.
Yeah...Kendrick is a much better player.
I hear he's still got 3 years on his contract at the Birmingham Mail, so Hughes may be easier to prise away...

First time I've taken a look at that EDS Amy tart on Twitter. She looks as though she would enjoy a stiff cock or two right up her wee farter.
..............................yeah, I agree, the sooner we replace Benteke the better.

He's off sadly. We'll just have to reinvest as best we can.
Put 100 quid on it with me?
Ok
Gutted it happened, but on the bright side, Fab's not the only one to come into a few quid today! How should we exchange details P3te mate?!

MEN and those reporting are pretty reputable. Instinct tells me he's off.
So reputable that they base their story off a photo taken from Twitter?
Would imagine they've checked with someone at City before running with it.
Again, why?
"Unconfirmed reports".
Listen, I'm hoping against hope that he stays, but I just can't see it. They're not going to be confirming anything until its done. Of course The Sun, The Star et al publish bullshit on the daily. The majority of big transfers are in the reputable papers before they happen though, as journalists receive tips from sources at clubs. We are just more inclined to remember the bullshit, as when a player does sign, everyone's focus is on them, rather than the journo whose source proved correct.

I reckon it's true lads

Hopefully we get him in by Midnight on transfer deadline day or it'll be Us Against the World and Every Teardrop will be a Waterfall.

not as exotic as some names but Chris Martin seems a consistent scorer in Championship and could do a job
That could be Magic, Paradise even...

Same as Luke Shaw who didn't even watch euro 2000.
I was born in 1989 and can't remember anything of euro 96, just what I've seen since but I do remember watching pretty much all of France 98 when I was 9.
Shaw said in an interview that the earliest World Cup he could remember was 2010, or "the one where Lampard's goal didn't count"!!!

Who's left to go?
Benteke (resigned to that)
Bennett
Herd
Cissokho (possible)
N'Zogbia (hopeful)
Gil (possible but hopefully not)
Tonev
Senderos
Hopefully Richardson instead of Aly

They should all be confirmed
The interesting ones for me are traore to Monaco cos I thought he was meant to be a real talent for barca b, might be one of them who are unhappy with the set up and how long it takes to break through, they've sold him, deulofeu, tello, Cuenca, been a while since someone has broke though, bartra is always linked with a move, samper was moaning last week
Trapp to psg, the Italian guy they've got isn't that bad and will no doubt be looking to move now
Ronaldinho turning down MLS
Ah I thought Traore to Monaco was the useless one who was at Everton on loan a while back.
Both wrong. They signed him from Lille. He recently won player of the tournament at the U20 world cup.

What I don't understand is this acceptance to sign someone a bit shit just because he is going to be back up.
Sure, you won't sign many top goalkeepers by saying, btw you're going to be 2nd 3rd choice but bring someone in and say I want you to become our number 1 and let 2/3 decent gk earn their money.
Courtois went to Chelsea with no intention of being number 2. Mark bunn probably can't believe his luck.
Ah come on, you can't have your cake and eat it too.

Just another manic Bunday.
I wish it were Dunneday
I'm glad it's not!

Just saw this, seems like it will be a good signing if true! Could be a Delph replacement based on description of his playing style, with more goals!
Doesn't score many but he's a very good player. Hopefully we'll see him lining out alongside Fab rather than replacing him

Khalili is absolute dross though so I expect us to sign him next week
I don't know about dross. If she can get a grip of Meereen again with the Dothraki rounded up she should be alright.

How is his first name pronounced? I'm thinking it's Jar-Ron
Yar-on

I'm a stout man (not in that way) myself, and also enjoy the odd ale. I've even been known to have a few lagers when the sole intention is to get absolutely Grealished.
Summer Speculation 2015

French journo saying Jordan Veretout to Villa is a done deal. Dunno how reliable but very talented midfielder at Nantes.
