When you are in your early 20s you always push the boundaries. You dont fear consequences. Gabby was not responsible for that. MoN was .
For a man who likes to have a tough persona and never forgive attitude , he had a pub team mentality when it came to training and responsibility.
It is all on MON for this . He was manager, he liked to have full control over everything.

Brilliant management. Gives them nowhere to go as he congratulates the team on acheiving their first goal of 5th

Most consecutive wins at home in the PL era.
Least handshakes per match given to the opposition management.
Most wins in a season
Most points per game average of any Villa manager ever

He has been out and about today and fans have had pics taken with him.

1 less game to go.
Much better position as you say
If we write off 6 points and our goal difference as they are playing Burnley and Sheffield then we have to equal their points gained vs Chelsea A Liverpool A and Man City H. Going to be bloody close

After the disappintment of last night we have ended up in a better position today. 1 more point gained. 1 goal difference gained. Thanks Spurs

Bournemouth now 2 up.

Shifts the ball to the right and smacks it into the corner all in what seemed the same movement.. Mbappe vibes

Last time we played them they were on a terrible run and they were getting dogs abuse. This time is the same. But Emery will have been planning for this ever since we lost . Is it Casedai who will be playing instead of Enzo or will they put Cole into midfield and play Madueke on the right .

Starting to pity them. Which hurts any blues fan more than hating them.

I am saying this for the first and last time. Come on Baggies. Get someone sent off and concede a pen

Is Bogarde not progressing as much as hoped?
Not at all. And his older brother has just been released from his Dutch club as well . The same with Chrisene. Both wonderkids at 15 . And now he struggles to get into the Blackburn team at 21 years old.

Strange how he hasn’t kicked on since leaving Ajax. Not suggesting we go after him but wouldn’t mind it if we did as always thought he’s a fantastic player. With Slot coming in he may finally fulfill his obvious potential.
Its what happens. Superkids can become average football players as well as superstars. They just plateau . They have the same ceiling as others that develop later. And it must be frustrating for them to find this, having been better than others when they were younger.

Trying to think of Dutch coaches that have been a success over here . Gullit ?
De Boer was a trainwreck. Ten Hag has been a trainwreck . Louis Van Gaal Gus Hiddinck, Dick Advocaat and Martin Jol didnt pull up trees from what i remember either.

I can imagine McGinn going hard in training on him and him hitting a brick wall . McGinn is a very strong littlelun. Rogers is a very strong biggun. They remind .me of each other on the turn when the opposition is pulling their shirts and they just keep on going.

so Leeds can only max out at 93 points now.
Ipswich on 89 points, with 3 to play for them.
Ipswich's to throw away i guess?
Yep. Lets hope they dont get the jitters either.

Unless Leeds turn this around I think they've pretty much handed automatic promotion to Ipswich, they Ipswich will only need four points from their final three games if it stays like this. QPR had nothing to play for, so was expecting a routine Leeds win
They are giving barely anything. Strange what happens when the pressure comes on eh. Edit another well done QPR.

This is why they will struggle to get back to the very top. So many leaks. Someone says something to someone and the next day its in the papers. That kind of leak should never be heard in public. I hope a load of them dig their heels in and take the money .
