  1. They aren't holding back, are they? No harm in asking I guess, but come on. Lippi?
  2. I have no idea if it's true or not, but I found this gem of a quote on the F365 Forum: I really hope it is true.
  3. Nope at fault for their goal - and went missing a few times especially towards the end. But do I give a monekys now? NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jesus Christ....
  4. That was just what we needed. First away win and we beat the scum. I'm so happy right now I which says a lot considering I have the worst case of the flu mankind has ever seen.
  5. I thought Knight did really, really well today. He was good on the head, and looked comfortable to be honest.
  6. **** YEEEES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did you guys see Mellberg face a he celebrated after the whistle? **** legend that man.
  7. Gabby, Gabby, Gabby, Gabby, Agbonlahoor, Agbonlahoooor, Agbonlahooooor!!!!!

  9. COME ON LADS! We have at least one more goal in us!
  10. How does Knight play? Does he look shaky or comfortable? I think he's done well so far. Good block from him when Laursen slipped and let Jerome through.
  11. 60-40 possession in our favor according to TrueSports.
  12. I hope MON can do his usual stuff and lift the team even further in the second half. Good game so far.
  13. Petrov looks good today. He's up for it.
  14. It was contact, but very minimal. Blatant and embarrassing dive really.
  15. Argh! I have the exact same feeling I had before the Spurs and ManU games. And I don't like it one bit...
  16. This is something I'd really like to see too. It might be a bit more difficult, but there are a fair few Villans who would travel a bit more often if it was possible.
  17. I know there's been a lot of complaints this summer about the signings, about the lack of signings and the silence from Villa Park in terms of rumours etc, but I for one am loving every minute of it. I've only seen Villa play live once (a pre-season firendly i Sweden when DOL was in charge) but I can still feel the difference in atmosphere just by browsing the Internet and watching the few televised games they show here in Sweden. Of course, I would love to see big name signings right away, but considering how things were before the takeover I can be patient. The mere fact that you are here to answer our questions says a lot about how things have changed from the bad old days. I actually feel positive about the future for a change and even if this summer turns out to a bit dry in terms of signings and the season gets a bit rougher than expected, I will still have complete faith in the new administrations ability to turn our furtunes around. And if you launch a worldwide Villa TV-channel enabling those of us unfortunate enough not to live close to Birmingham (or England for that matter) to watch our beloved Villans on a regular basis I'd be over the moon.
  18. For the first time (ever I think) friends and co-workers actually initiates discussions about Aston Villa and they are genuinely interested in what's going on at the club. I live in Sweden, and most people I know support either Liverpool, Arsenal or Man U (one poor sod even claims to love Blackburn, although I find it hard to believe ), and before the takeover they never brought Villa up, even if we had conversations about English football. People really are noticing the club now, and I suspect that if things start to improve a bit on the pitch Villas profile will continue its ascendancy. Keep it up over there, and I might just come over from Sweden and visit Villa Park for the first time ever.
