  1. It's a return to the darkest days of the eighties.
  2. Well he didn't headbutt him, as much as the commentators would like him to have, so I don't know what else to call it. Bumped into him? Walked at him in an aggressive fashion?
  3. Had a decent game and then got himself sent off for pushing a linesman, probably incurring a ban and a big fine. Leandro Bacuna, everyone.
  4. I'll take a poor performance and a win. Still invited trouble at the end, but nervousness is understandable given how badly we needed the win. Hutton did well apart from his tumble, and Bacuna had a good game right up to the point that he Bacuna'd it all up. Johnstone inspires no confidence, but he made a decent save when needed. Chester back on form, and it's great to see him get a goal. Hopefully this will inspire a spot of confidence and we can start to pull the team together a bit and move away from danger.
  5. Johnstone looks like a deer in the headlights of a combine harvester.
  6. I wonder if maybe, maybe, we could try to retain possession and perhaps push up the field a bit? You know, to relieve pressure?
  7. Jesus wept, that was close. And all because of confusion between Hutton and Johnstone. He doesn't command his goal area at all well.
  8. Green! Unlucky. Great ball from Bacuna, good break on the whole.
  9. Rarely been so relieved to get to half time. Hopefully we'll manage to maintain some quality in the second half.
  10. Thing it, it's so predictable. I was watching the break and thinking "he's going to ignore the runners and cut back in on himself" and what a surprise, that's exactly what he did.
  11. Great burst forward by Bacuna. Poor from Kodja.
  12. Wait, we're allowed to score now? Good job Chester, now let's push on!
  13. Getting anyone on the ball would be nice at the moment. Ouch!
  14. The ball was too high to head downwards. Best he could do from there was hope to loop it over the keeper.
