Someone do the maths. I reckon we must concede 2 a game with this guy playing.
Brings absolutely nothing.
Totally being saying it for ages

Were only 1 point ahead of Spurs if you take into account the free wins against Sheff United and Burnley.
1 win is still required and I don't know where it's coming from if we play like we did tonight though.
Unless they get nothing at Liverpool then I think I think we hsve enough already but our league form Is oksy

Need Pau not lenglet and Emi not Olsen.
We can score a few here still though.
I understand Lenglett is left footed but after Carlos motm.agajnst Arsensl not started a game. Doesn't make any sense to me

Get to the ground early, with your boots......you might get a game yourself.
I don't think he is at the level, for where we are going.....football IQ is suspect.
Yes but against Man City at home and Arsenal twice he has been magnificent. Definitely wouldn't sign Lenglet on a permanent deal but I believe Carlos can perform against the top sides
Problem is he plays great then gets dropped and that can't do much for his confidence.

When you only have a few touches all game you are more likely to miss chances like that.

Yes he's no Emi but it's very harsh to put any blame on him for either goal. Luiz to blame for the first goal and we shouid never given Gallagher the time and space to shoot in the first place. Then he makes a great save to Palmer. I think he deserves credit.

I agree.
For what ever reason, there was some poor individual performances.
I was strange to me that our possession stat was alarmingly low, for a home game.....Gallagher and Caicedo was allowed to dominate us.
Dougie uncharacteristically seems to be struggling to stay on the ball....his dwelling on it, makes him a target for the presser.
The foul on Carlos is a worry, because many think it wasn't......For me, it was blatant, and obvious. If that is not a foul, I don't know where the game is going, and the referee should have called it without VAR.
Chelsea for me, was by far the better side, but in my opinion, we allowed them to be....too many players "off it"
In the cold light of day, in view of the above....it was a good point.....and on the basis of such poor officiating, we was lucky to get away with a cancelled goal......what and indictment, us feeling guilty, for a legitimate call.
Maybe Chelsea should have won on the balance of play.....but not illegally, Poch needs to factor that in to his thinking.
I think Pete on his podcast made great sense. We conserve energy by having the ball but by having so little possession the players were knackered and could do nothing when they had it. You could question the tactics but if we had tried to press them more we probably wouid hsve got battered.

when all you can offer is a 28% possession stat at home.........I would say that's a magnificent point.
At home as well. Why did we stand off them so much and not be able to string a few passes together. We shouid hsve been trying to keep the ball not looking for killer passes and playing flicks

Nobody is going to spend 100 million on Luiz in the summer with ffp. I think priority has to be signing a DM. I'm.sure Luiz has a great future here but he's never going to be a Declan rice or Rodri.
-
Spent a lot of money. They have great players. Haven't.seen a better team play us all season but thst can't be the norm.when you look at their position in the table.
-
He hasn't played many games recently so tiredness can't be used as an excuse. He wasn't alone in not performing yesterday..we didn't keep the ball well enough. Lacked intensity. Chelsea seemed to want it more.

Whatever happens, we're guaranteed 5th with an injury ravaged team. What a season it has been thanks to Unai.
Yes it's been an amazing season whatever happens in the final few games
-
It's the injuries I'm more worried about. Tielemans looks like being out for the season and with Luiz lack of form that leaves us with zero options in midfield. Also Martinez. Spurs will.drop points but we need to get at least another 3 maybe more

He shouid be embarrassed to be subbed when we have only one other fit midfield player
-
He's not to blame. No Emi but he saved us a point.
-
Chelsea enjoy playing us. If we'd hsve won and Watkins shouid have scored it would have been a steal Luiz again found wanting. Seemed like Mcginn was on his own in midfield.

Didn't expect this level of performance particularly second half
-
Was fearing the worst with all the amount of possession Chelsea were having but the Rogers goal has settled the nerves a bit. Need to keep the ball better. We are going to get more chances but mustn't let them.back in
-
The team I wouid have started with. Carlos unlucky but Cash gives us more energy.

Amazed Burnley are still in with a chance of survival..The forest game final day could decide it.

I'd have Barry but to play LB.
One player not mentioned who I'd swap McGinn for is Ian Taylor.
I'd swap Platt for either. 24 goals in each of his last two seasons from midfield, one in which he missed half the season in a struggling team.

We could just as easily lose, Spurs win, and then they are just 3 points behind with 2 games in hand.
Can't be overconfident or cocky I til the maths are concrete. We do this all the time then have a meltdown
I'm confident that if we put in the same level of performance as we did against Arsenal and Bournemouth we will br okay. Can't take anything for granted but we aren't showing any signs of bottling it the closer we get to the finishing line.

Barry over Luiz,
Mcginn or Mortimer not sure.
Gidman a rb but yes Moreno hasn't done much yet and is our second choice lb so Gidman
Ollie over Yorke as he brings so much more but Ollie vs Withe might have been the better choice as I never saw Yorke as a cf
