Not one winner at Cheltenham. Plenty of places, but I'm not an each - way type of guy. Hopefully, this favourite comes in for me.
same here, not a single winner in 4 days

There's a good thread here of all the teams left, Stadium capacity and away fan allocations.

I've decided to get a refurbished iPhone 13 pro max. So on the hunt for one. Giffgaf had some available for £349 (256gb version) but they have sold out. I could get the 128gb version for £399 (weird I know) but I don't like missing out on a deal.
having had a quick look round £399 Is still a good deal. Bizarre i know, but that one at £349 was a steal. The one's i'm seeing at the usual places are well in excess of £450
Forget the one that's gone, it's gone. Ask yourself are you happy with 128gb and £399 and if you are snap it up. Looks like it's still a deal to me.

As Pickford proved when he put van Dijk out for nine months, goalkeepers are a protected species and enjoy special privileges.
Watkins was injured in the challenge but got the yellow card.
it was a ridiculous challenge from Watkins and he was never going to get the ball. He was late and it's a yellow card all day long.

What's with Henderson pulling all his horses out?
bang out of form and his horses are not scoping. It wouldn't surprise me if the yard has some sort of virus.

Just found some episodes of Phoenix Nights on Daily Motion - I remember it being funny as a youth but I didn't realise how funny....
Watched this so many times, very funny.
Have you watched Early Doors? If you like Phoenix Nights i'd say you'll like ED as well and thats on Daily Motion.

Genuine curiosity, do you go to Cheltenham and if you do, how has this affected you in any way?
I could genuinely say it would be something that had absolutely zero impact on any aspect of my life. If they changed it to banana day and said dress code is yellow it just wouldn’t register with me.
What would be looney about it? Is this going to stop women dressing up and attending?
I struggle with the upset at this sort of thing, so genuinely curious as to why it’s upset you. I’m not setting a trap, just interested.
Iv'e been to Cheltenham many times but never the festival as there's far too many people there for my liking. I do go to the races, probably about 8/10 times a year.
Of course the name change will not stop people going or dressing up. Equally it would not stop anyone going or any gender dressing up if they kept the name the same.
I know, certainly from the people i mix with, that ladies like to dress up and feel special. The places where they can do this are generally weddings, christenings and racecourses that have a ladies day. So what's wrong with keeping it that way? Yes, sure, they can still get dressed up, but it's called 'ladies day' and has been for donkies years. Being called ladies day puts the emphasis and spotlight on them and helps make them feel special imo.
Various racecourses also have Gents days too and there's nothing wrong with that either imo.

wasn't sure where to post this but i suppose this is as good as anywhere.
I see The Jockey Club and Cheltenham have joined the woke looney gang and ditched the traditional Ladies Day naming which has reportedly run since the 1830's.
It's now going to be called ''Style Wednesday'' so it can include best dressed men as well.
I get times change, but what another LOB.

With Mullins having 4 winners at Cheltenham yesterday i thought i'd take a look at the Mullins runners today.
1.30, 8 Runners, Mullins trained 5 inc odds on fav
2.10, 6 - 1, odds on fav
2.50, 21 - 3,
3.30, 7 - 2, odds on fav
4.50, 16 - 1
5.30, 21 - 9
I mean, the first race with 8 runners and he's got 5 of them and then the last with 9 runners.
Three hot favourites today. No guarantee they'll all go in but this festival really does seem like its a Mullins takeover.
