General, I have read on the official site's forum that a new Nike seat design has been put in the top of the Doug Ellis stand, can you confirm/deny this?

I have heard a rumour, apparently from a reliable source, that a deal for David Trezeguet has almost been completed (just over 10mil) - I'm a little dubious coz I didn't think MON was a big fan of Trez (like Ibrahimovic!), but apparently its true. I dont know whether this will happen, but i can see us signing someone unexpected - hopefully sneijder, but I think we'll be happy by the end of the Summer

A friend of mine - I know it sounds dodgy, but he's always had close links to Villa. I think a relative is a scout for Villa

I still think Paulo Ferreira could do a job for us at right back. I know a lot of fans feel he isn't good enough but how can a player who has just played in a FA Cup final and a Champions league semi final be that bad??? The same fans who say he is crap seem to hope we buy Luke Young! shocking IMO.

Just because you play in a big game it doesn't make you a good player, Zenden played in the champs league semi & he's pretty shite IMO. Plus if Carvalho was fit then Essien would have been at RB.

IMO nobody on that list is good enough (maybe Pizarro) to take us up a level. Saviola is very inconsistent in his performances.
