On a positive note VAR is at least keeping the title race alive

Burnley looked fine to me in that first half.

Certainly looked like a team that will pick up enough points to stay up.

Title race not over just yet by the looks of it. 6 points is catchable 

Would be suicide to start Ings against Leeds.

Watkins all day for me. Need his work rate and intensity, especially against a high pressing team like Leeds.

It's ridiculous to say he doesn't perform because Pep doesn't use him right.

True world class players like Gerrard, Zidane etc would be world class in any system and under any manager.

Gerrard even got moved to the wing at times under Rafa and still performed at the highest level.

The best players are intelligent and can adapt.

If Grealish can't make it under one of the greatest managers ever he was never as good as we thought he was. Just a decent player who stood out because of all the dross that was around him. Just a decent player. Nothing more nothing less.

Problem is the likes of Wolves keeps winning.

Shouldn't build the team around any player.

Should be a refined system.

Any player should just be a cog.

Ings can't meet the physical demands in a Gerrard system.

He can't hold the ball up. He isn't quick. He isn't strong.

I'd be amazed to see Ings starting ahead of Watkins. Absolutely amazed.

I actually have re-watched the game mate and he had an absolutely fine game.

Not close to his best performance but far from bad.

Gerrard would tell you exactly the same thing.
