  1. General Krulak here: 1. It is somewhat interesting and, at the same time, disconcerting to come on the site and try as best I can to answer comments and questions only to be told it is "PR" stuff...that somehow I should be laying out who we might be talking to as a Manager, who we might be targeting as a player, etc. etc. Opening the kimono in that manner just doesn't make sense! I have said it in as many ways as I think I can...we are looking for a Manager. Please think about the issue...our previous Manager left us 5 days before the season. MOST talented managers are already employed...they have jobs...they are not sitting at home waiting for us to call. Yes, there are some out there that have great talent but they are currently doing something for someone else. This means digging deeply into the pool that is available...getting feedback and info from advisors on who and where. This is NOT something that is done in two weeks...yet that is what you expect. I am telling you it doesn't work that way but most of you will just gaff me off and say it is all PR. KM is not hemming and hawing about the position...like anyone in his position, he is weighing the situation...that doesn't make him a bad person. Curtis Davis not playing because of a contract issue/clause...what a load of nonsense. This is NOT accurate! Again, I say this but there will be those who don't believe it. Crazy!! Randy is cheap...Randy won't spend money...again, nonsense. Simply put, doesn't the past four years say anything about his willingness to open his checkbook???? Hasn't he been willing to spend?? To think that there are fans out there who will take "any" Manager just to ensure that we can get a striker before the window closes...is that shortsighted or is that shortsighted!!!!! As an aside, what talented strikers are out there for sale right now? Do you all happen to know them...do you know more than scouts and agents???? 2. Yes Randy wears his scarf....one terrible game or ten...he will wear the scarf because he believes in what it says! 3. IKAVFC: I absolutely don't understand it when fans say that "Randy and the Board won't be hurting like us supporters" (when talking about the loss or about the Club.) Like the supporters have some God-given claim to have deeper feelings about the Club than the man who bought it and has worked so hard over the past 4 years and put in his own personal effort and capital to make it better....or the Board who have also worked so hard. Like we somehow can't possible feel a kinship for and with the Club. Like we, because we have not been associated with the Club for as long as many fans, somehow are not "real" fans. What crap! That's like telling one of my Marine Lance Corporals that he can't possibly love the Corps as much as I do because he hasn't been in long enough. That sort of thinking just totally misses the mark with me. Let me try to be clear as I can be....forget about Randy or Paul or anyone else....just me...I love AVFC...I bleed claret and blue....I come on this site and others, NOT as some Club shill, but because I DO CARE about are Club. You can call me any name you want to call me but...get off of this "I don't hurt like you do" kick...it is NOT true. 4. Villanesque. We are not sitting still. Comments like that make no sense. If you just look at this as a business, why would Randy possibly just sit still...and let his business have problems??? Come on...think. 5. maradonna10: You are very quick to jump on Randy and the Board...which is your perogative as a fan and as someone who pays good money to see his Club play. I respect that as your right. That does not mean I have to agree with your comments, your insinuations, or your conclusions. Likewise C4Villan, talking of a "false dawn" does nothing for me. What is false about where we have been and where we want to go? Where do you honestly and truthfully feel you would be if the Club had not been sold? A great many good people at Villa Park and Bodymoor Heath have been working their butts off to move the Club forward...we will get there!
  2. General Krulak here: 1. Like everyone else, I was terribly disappointed in today's result. It was NOT what was expected and it was certainly a low point. Rest assured, NO ONE is happy about the result...not the owner, not the Manager, not the Board and not the players. Believe me, there is not a single player on the squad who wanted a result like that. They are professionals and want to do a professional job. 2. I am not going to answer MON questions...he left and that is that. What I will say is that MON did NOT have funds removed at the end of July...that sort of rumor does no one any good. 3. The idea that we must run out and get a Manager just to say we have a Manager does not make sense. To mention a specific name and expect that specific person to show up on Monday does not make sense. To now turn on Paul as the new scapegoat for a defeat does not make sense. I understand people are upset...so am I. At the same time, I am not going to urge Randy or anyone else to run out and grab any manager just to say we have one. It is obvious that getting the right person is not something that is done overnight. 4. I wish I could answer all your comments and address all your concerns. I wish I could say we have the world's best manager and he will be here tomorrow. I wish I could say that Messi will be on the Pitch next week. I wish I could say alot of things but I can't. What I can say is that we are NOT as bad as we showed today...and that we have better days coming. One good game...one bad game...does not a season make.
  3. General Krulak here: 1. I think I have answered this question many times but....there is NO deadline on bringing in a Manager. We want to get the "right" person...not "a" person by a certain time. 2. The squad at Rapid Vienna: First off, some of our lads have nagging injuries that we felt needed to be addressed early on vice waiting for them to become serious later in the season. Secondly, the manager felt he knew the lads well enough to believe that they could produce the result needed. Third, he believed that this was the right thing to do at this point in time. I believe he will be proven to be right. Finally, Ashley Young is not for sale. 3. I have no comment on the Blackpool Chairman...I don't know the man and really can't read his mind on the factors leading to his departure. 4. Overseas profile...yes, we are very interested in enhancing our profile overseas. We are in continual talks with Nike to do just that. We have made some pretty big strides in that area. At the same time, I think we all know that success on the Pitch is the best way to enhance the Club around the world. 5. I have no idea what the ref and KM were talking about. Fan conduct is always something that the Club worries about.
  4. General Krulak here: 1. Let me say again...We have NO timeline for bringing in a new Manager. NONE. Our intent is to bring the very best man for the job to our Club...the RIGHT person for the job. There will be no rush to judgement...and there will be thought and consultation put into the decision. All rumors to the contrary are just that...rumors. 2. Randy went to Italy for a short vacation with his family...NOT to talk to Managers. Again, another rumor. 3. steve_afvc: Something definitely seems wrong here. Please contact Nicky Keye at Ticketing and tell her I asked you to call. Describe the situation and lets see what he has to say. 4. delph is coming along fine...the fitness facility at Bodymoor Heath is truly invaluable. 5. We are consistently looking at player contracts and attempting to extend contracts when and where it makes sense. The idea that somehow the Club just lets contracts run out is nonsense. Please remember, it takes two to tango. 6. I don't think I am in a position to comment on whether the current squad, bar any transfers, will meet our expectations...I do not have a crystal ball. I do think we have a strong squad that. if consistent, will be VERY competitive.
  5. General Krulak here: 1. North stand lower....I have got it...and will pass it on to those who need to know. 2. Those were, in fact, Randy's comments. He RARELY speaks out but this time he did. Probably regrets it as he is not one for publicity. 3. The majority of the folks who work at Villa Park are part of our Club...and are critical to running it the way we feel it should be run.
  6. General Krulak here: 1. What are our goals? They have not changed since we arrived...to play consistent, exciting, winning, football...to get to Europe...to win the Premiership...to win Europe!! What else would you expect as goals? Anyone who aims low will hit low. 2. As I have said before, I will not be commenting on Managers, names of potentials, etc. Obviously we will be looking at folks very closely...both near and far. We will chose the one who we feel is "right" for the Club. We will not be rushed to make the choice. 3. I think the Fans at the game deserve a HUGE pat on the back for the support they gave the Club. The Fans could have been very disappointed coming into the game but they, instead, were as fired up as the team. Well done...and MOST appreciated. 4. Just one word about James Milner. I think the lad is a pro!!! When told he was going to play, he went out and gave it his all. He could have been injured or any number of things could have happened. Nothing mattered but playing in the game for the Villa...he gave it his all. I am proud that the fans recognized his efforts. 5. Randy is well aware of the history of the Club. Sometimes I think that there are fans out on the site that actually believe that Randy knows nothing about football (US and UK), and does nothing to continue his education. Believe me, Randy reads and he listens and he asks questions and he consults. Much of the time he spends in the UK is spent meeting with people, asking questions and learning. Give him some credit...he is not a mushroom sitting in the dark. 6. I have been told that the big screen will not be going back up. 7. Nike is like any other business...they stock their shelves with what sells. The more exposure the Club gets, the more exposure our kit will get. AT THE SAME TIME, Nike has the responsibility to make sure that our kit is available world-wide and to provide them when asked. It may take some time to get to where we are in every store.
  7. General Krulak here: 1. I think the lads were sending a message today...and the message was powerful. They came out motivated, focused and played their socks off. I thought KM had a good game plan and played a solid formation that brought a good result. I honestly believe that the lads played about as consistent and strong a game as I have seen in some time. It certainly was a game we needed to win. Albrighton, Downing, Young, and the entire team played well. 2. No need to comment any more about MON or what transpired. I think most know exactly what took place. 3. The new manager will have the same support from Randy that MON had. If trades are to take place within the current window, decisions will be made by the interim manager, Randy, and advisors. Let's wait and see what happens.
  8. General Krulak here: 1. Risso: As you probably have figured by now, the % you quoted was for the entire Club...not just the players. The issue we are concerned about is the wage of players to revenue....which is, as I indicated, less that the % you quoted. We know exactly what our staffing numbers are and they are not a concern. 2. Garry Barry: Please contact Duncan Riddle and explain to him about your daughter...he will sort it out. 3. We are currently going with just the iphone app. 4. Good talk with Ash Young. 5. Randy will be spending a considerable amount of time over the next few weeks focused on Villa...although he has been VERY focused on the Villa all summer. As I have mentioned before, we are not going to rush out and get a manager just to get a manager. We will be looking for the right person for the Villa. 6. Practice went very well today. The lads are eager to get it on.
  9. General Krulak here: 1. Obviously, I am not going to comment on possible managers...that would not be a smart thing to do. Suffice it to say that the Club is not going to rush into picking someone just to say we have made a choice...we want to ensure we have the "right" person for the job. 2. No, I do not think we are running the Club on the "Ellis" method. Every owner will have a different approach and our approach is different than Doug's. 3. There are some fans who are upset that I was forthright on my comment about my disappointment on the timing of the departure of Martin. Not sure what I can say to address those fans. 4. New web site. What we would like to do...at the next support group meeting is to have a list of all the "fixes" that the Fans feel we need to make the site even better. In reality, much of what we did with the new developments came from great input from the fans.
  10. General Krulak here: 1. Again, rather than try to answer everyone's specific questions, let me try to continue to feed info as it becomes available. 2. Obviously I am not in a position to name "targets" for the new Manager...that would not be a smart thing to do. What I will say is that we recognize this is an important decision and one that needs to be done rather quickly but, equally important, in a manner that gets the right man. We DO know how important this will be...no one is thinking it will be easy. Reality is that we have 4 days before our first game and rushing out to get a Manager is not the smart thing to do...just to have someone on the sidelines. One of the sad things about this whole affair is that Martin left when he did. I agree that the Club needs to come out with a statement...and they will. Likewise, Randy will have something to say. Speaking as a Fan, I have read every article about Martin's departure and must say that they are pretty one-sided. There is absolutely no question that Martin did a good deal for Villa and I have said, over and over, that I felt he did a fine job. At the same time, I can promise everyone that he knew and understood the long range plans for the Club and bought into them. He knew full well about the need to bring wages in line with revenue...the same as every Premiership Club. He was absolutely supported by the owner during his time with the Club...all one needs to do is look at the money spent. The reality is that the wage to revenue issue was not addressed and Martin apparently was unwilling to help address it. He quit. Do I think we have some rough times ahead? Probably...but nothing that we can't handle. I have been in some tough scrapes before...and I never got out of them by "wishing it away". I just put my head down and continued to grind it out. At the end of the day, is the aim to get into the Champions League? Absolutely! Is this realistic? Absolutely! Do we still have a way to go? Absolutely! As an aside, no one person is bigger than our Club...not me, not Randy, not Paul, not Martin. What is interesting is that, apparently, only three of those named understand that fact. We will continue to try to do what is right by the Vlla...with the very best of intentions. Will we always get it right...probably not. But we will work damn hard to do the right things.
  11. General Krulak here: 1. First the "small stuff"...I mentioned the youth players because of comments I received that our youth were not "part of the Club and could not be counted." That is the only reason. If you had read my comment, you would have understood that to be the case. 2. Martin's decision to leave was just that...his decision. He quit 5 days before the start of the season. He was not pushed out. Rumors that there was a row between Martin and Randy over the sale of players (Young and Friedl) are just that...rumors! There is absolutely no substance to the rumor that Young or Friedl are up for sale!!! Martin's decision was a surprise to the Club. Randy had spoken to Martin last week and over the weekend...and then Randy flew back to the US. This morning we learned that Martin was quiting...Randy is now flying back to the UK. Martin was fully involved in the Milner transfer...from the very beginning. It is a good move when looked at in totality. We have not suddenly become a "selling club"...we have a player who wants to move and we have a solid offer that makes sense. That does not make us a selling club. There is no question that if ANY Club has players that are on the payroll but not playing on the pitch...it is prudent to sell them if possible. As I know I have mentioned many times, a Premiership Club must balance wages vs. revenue...cutting the wages must include the sale of some players...and every club does it. We are NOT selling Young or Friedl. I have also written many times that we are trying to run the Club in a sensible and sustainable manner BUT, at the same time, the amount of money we have spent in the past 4 years should tell everyone that we marry this approach with aggressive ambition!! Some of the comments and some of the rumors have been truly amazing. Randy is not broke! Randy is NOT selling the Villa! Randy has NOT lost interest! I have even seen comments about Randy's divorce and its impact....pure nonsense. Like all of you, I am not privvy to what went through Martin's mind when he made his decision. I am sure that he will have his own views. My only hope is that the media will allow all the facts to emerge vice playing one side or the other. What I do know is that Randy does care deeply about the Villa and about the Fans. I have not posted thousands of posts on multiple sites because I don't care. We will all get through this together...we will get the right man and we will continue to move forward. As I get more info, I will pass it on.
  12. General Krulak here: 1. avillafan.com: I hear you. I will pass on your comments to Paul Faulkner and to our security folks. We cannot have problems in the stands that impact on other fans. 2. Speaking as a Fan and not as a Director, I am increasingly concerned about the number of games played over a season...this includes "friendlies" with the English team. At some point in time, the Premiership will need to determine how much is too much. I think the World Cup might have shown that the number of games is getting to be an issue with our play.
  13. General Krulak here: 1. There have been some comments about youth and whether they can really be counted as "part of the team" and "part of the bright future." Let me mention a few lads who really can make a difference: Defouneso: Striker...played for England U 19's and U 21's. Has seen action with the Villa. A real prospect. Albrighton: Winger...can play on the right or the left. Had a strong pre-season and was just called up for the England U-21's. Clark: Center back. Former England U-19 Captain. Played for first team in 2-0 win over Fulham last year. Calm and composed as a leader. Is left footed so can play on the left. Captain of the reserve team for past two years. Weimann: Striker...18 year old Austrian. Scored twice against Walsall in pre-season. Again, a solid prospect. Lichaj: Full back...can play right or left back. Strong and tough with a good long throw-in capability. Lowry: Left or centre back. Played on the Australian Squad. On loan to Plymouth and Leeds last season. Bannan: Midfielder...on loan to Blackpool last season. Very good skill. A little small but has good talent and a strong heart. I have nothing against small people!!!! Parrish: Keeper who is another product of our Academy and can be superb with experience. My point is simply this: We have some lads who are waiting in the wings and can be productive. Everyone has to start somewhere...our youth program is a great place to start and can help lead to the bright future.
  14. General Krulak here: 1. imavillan: I am very sorry you have decided not to renew your season ticket. Although it is obvious that some feel like you do, I think it is instructive that year on year, we are ahead of ticket sales!! So some folks have not given up the ghost. First off, WE have NOT given up!! As I have said many times, Randy is as passionate about the Club as ever...probably moreso. He is in the UK now...has been there far more often this year than ever before. He is DEEP into the Club. You are correct about one thing...this is a business. To continue to sink more money into the Club wage bill without moving some people along just doesn't make sense. You say to discount the youth...I say that is near sighted. We have, perhaps, the strongest youth program in the Premiership and the some of those players are ready to make an impact today...not tomorrow. You look at some of those lads who played last night and add them to some of the folks we already have and I think it is a strong squad right now. James Milner is a superb player...Barry was a solid player...and yes, Barry left and Milner may well go. Let's see what happens in that case...will it just be $$$ or will there be another talented player to step in along with the money. My point is that you have not renewed your ST and you aren't even sure of what will happen this season. Last year, after the first game, everyone was ready to hang it up. As it turned out, there were some real highpoints to the season. Sell to buy is NOT a bad thing...particularly if the wage bill doesn't make sense with revenue. Take a look at the squad roster...total squad...and tell me you think it is a bad idea. 2. MON is still deeply involved in transfers. And Mrs "K" is a center midfielder...great pace, nose for the goal, and powerful with both left and right foot.
  15. General Krulak here: 1. jackbauer: My point was simply that you were mixing two different issues...Kappa vs. Nike. I am sure that if we were still with Hummel they could have produced a kit in rapid fire fashion...but do we want a Hummel kit? Nike is producing sporting equipment world wide and cannot spin around on a dime. We were late in providing them the sponsor's name...simple as that and we went back a bit in the queue. We are not happy about it...and the fans are not happy about it. 2. Let me see about the lettering from locations other than the Villa park shop...not sure how it would operate...so need to check 3. I agree, the horns MUST NOT be allowed to destroy the game like they did for the World Cup. 4. Rather than spill the beans on the new web site, I will only say that it should make the fans pretty happy...it is good. 5. New shirt every year is still part of deal.
  16. General Krulak here: This is an absolute MUST read!!! The very best article I have seen on Football in a long time...perhaps ever. I take my hat off to the wisdom and clarity that is found in this read. There are minor corrections re. the Villa that might be helpful. Perhaps the most important is that the wage to turnover was not anywhere near 83.7%...not sure where the stat come from but it is not accurate. That does NOT mean that the point re. wages vs. turnover is not spot on...and certainly an area of real interest to all of us at Villa Park. We certainly MUST get a hold of this issue. Randy's commitment has not wavered since his arrival...it has only become stronger. He is a very savvy businessman and recognizes that football is a business BUT is an entertainment business. THUS it must provide entertainment! He is focused on having a consistently winning side that goes out and plays their socks off every game. He is also a realist that recognizes what is going on around him within the Premiership. He sees the "win now" crowd and what the price tag is that is associated with that modus operandi. We will not play that game. We are in this for the long haul...we have always invested in the Club and will continue to do so but we will not do things that put this very special Club in jeopardy. We have a goal...we have had that goal since the day we walked into Villa Park...and we will reach that goal. As an aside, it is articles such as this that makes my chest swell up as a Villa Fan!!! I can promise you, there is no other Club in the Premiership that can have a fan write an article like this one. I am proud to be Villa through and through. WELL DONE!!!!!
  17. General Krulak here: 1. jackbauer: I am not sure where you got your information but....there is NO WAY that the Fulham contract was executed AFTER us and NIKE produced a Fulham kit 2 months before ours. 2. Yes, the intent is for us to get our kit out EARLY next season. As you all know, to try and make up for the lateness of our kit, we are offering free lettering on the shirts. We recognize the problem and are NOT happy about it. 3. Emirate Tournament. Let me look into this....at first blush, it sounds good. Unfortunately, the devil is always in the details and I am not in a position to do anything other than to start having some folks give it a think. 4. The soft launch of our new web site is going to take place very soon. I will give you the word on the exact timing. I think you all will really like it.
  18. General Krulak here: 1. I am VERY sorry I have been off the site for such a protracted amount of time. I will not bore you with all the issues I have been dealing with but suffice it to say that I am 100% back in battery and ready to go. I am sorry I have left you all hanging a bit. 2. I am sure most of you are fully aware of what has driven the lateness of the kit but just to make sure that we are all up to date, the issue was driven by our new sponsorship and the length of time it took to nail down that partnership. Negotiations on such a deal always take some time and the beginning of those negotiations were a little later than anyone would have liked. The partnership is a good one and worth the wait...even if it did put Nike into a position where we are late getting the shirt out. It is easy to point fingers and say that we blew this but that would not be true. The new partnership opportunity came up at a specific time...we saw it as something valuable to the Club and we went into negotiations...we completed those negotiations as fast as possible and then turned the info over to Nike. Obviously, they need time to produce the kit. We are not the only one a bit late...the Spurs are in a similar situation. We recognize the potential for loss of revenue from kit sales but the value of the partnership made it imperative that we proceed as we did...even though it was not perfect. Each of you would have made the same decision with the same set of facts. 3. Randy is on his way back to the UK and will be spending the majority of his time at Villa Park and Bodymoor Heath. He is as committed to the Club and Fans as I have ever seen him. His passion is sky high and the amount of time he has spent in the UK this summer should show that to everyone. Our goal has not changed....yes, the playing field has altered a bit with the amount of money being thrown around but we believe that all will even out and success will go to those who play their cards smartly and with a view towards financial wisdom.
  19. General Krulak here: 1. The racket made by those gross horns absolutely destroyed the World Cup!!!!! Other than that, I have no strong feelings about them!! 2. As a Fan....and I am a big Fan....I don't like seeing any of our great lads leaving us. Simple as that. At the same time, you can't force a lad to stay if he is dead set against staying. I know this will sound like a no-brainer but...the day will come when WE are consistently in the Champions League and pushing for the top spot in the Premiership...when that happens, no one will be cherry picking. The key is to make that happen sooner than later. That is what we have been trying to do. 3. James Milner is a good lad...not just my opinion but the opinion of many. 4. I am going to be off the site for a very short time. I am driving to Tennessee to pick up my grandchildren (5 of them...ages 3-14) and take care of them whilst their parents are moving to new locations in the US. I am NOT checking off the net...I will be back shortly.
  20. General Krulak here: 1. Regarding James Milner: No matter what happens re. Milner...and NOTHING has been decided...I promise!! James has conducted himself as a true professional. He has kept his head down and is watching what happens with interest. He has worked his socks off for us and I have a lot of respect for the man. 2. The following net spend data for the past couple of years is garnered from the financial records of the applicable Clubs: a) ManCity: 230M Chelsea: 112M c) Aston Villa: 102M d) L'pool: 95M e. Spurs: 66M f) Everton: 23M g) Arsenal: have made 14M profit by selling players I mention this as an indication that Randy has never given up on the Club and has proven that he is willing to spend. Right now the issue, as I mentioned, is getting a handle on the wage bill. Both MON and Randy understand the importance of this.
  21. General Krulak here: 1. Sorry I have been off the net for a short while...I have been busy on the non-football side of the club. 2. As I have said many times before, I cannot and should not talk about players and transfers. What I will say is that we should be very wary of rumors and comments made on the pages of the sports sections. There have been and will be a good deal of speculation but we should not get concerned about speculation. The Villa is NOT a feeder Club!! Obviously other Clubs will be looking at our players...just as we look at theirs. At the end of the day, Randy and MON know what the Club needs and knows the value of our players. They have been talking over the past months and both have the same goal for our Club. My recommendation is to "kick back" and enjoy the upcoming World Cup! 3. Following my own "guidance", I will be off this site and the others until after the World Cup. I am going to enjoy the football and do what all scouts will be doing...looking a players. Good luck to England and the USA.
  22. General Krulak here: 1. DANVANDAL: You are not a pain but....the timing is the timing. It is NOT just a case of us declaring a date...we also have to work with Nike.
  23. General Krulak here: 1. Kit release: I understand your comments and will pass them up the line. I do know that not much can be done this year.
  24. General Krulak here: 1. Magroll: There will be no live concerts at VP....last time it set our Pitch back terribly. Most Clubs have advised us that they don't hold them either due to damage to Pitch. 2. Paulanddonya: First and foremost, ALL Clubs have a sell/buy program. It is NOT a signal that need worry any fan. We have been selling and buying for years. I would venture to say that there is not one single fan who does not have an opinion on who we should sell...and who we should buy. This is NOT something we should be worrying about. As for shirt sponsorship...we have not been searching for a sponsor for the past two years. We have had several businesses approach us and we have not come to an agreement. We have approached some businesses and have not come to a satisfactory agreement. We are not "dithering". We put our kit out about the same time each year...and really aren't "moved" by the fact that ManU puts their kit out in December. We haven't had a shirt sponsor in a couple of years and that hasn't stopped Randy from spending. Let's not go into the transfer frenzy and money worries right now...let's take a short break.
  25. General Krulak here: 1. Richard: Randy normally answers his posts if they require an answer. Many do not. If it involves a specific question or issue, Randy may well "farm" it out to one of the staff to provide the answer. 2. Lion_Heart: Pre-season friendlies will be announced mid-summer. I like the series "The Pacific" but not as much at "Band of Brothers"...but it is not completed yet so I have to be careful here. 3. Denis_B: Obviously I am very happy for Paul and for the Club. Paul has worked for us for a long time...he started out in our Management Development Program at MBNA. He is smart, articulate and a good man. He has really been acting as CEO for sometime now...and Randy felt the time had come to make it official. This does NOT mean that Randy will be less involved...NO WAY!! Martin will NOT report to Paul...he will continue to have a one on one relationship with Randy. I have been involved in management both in the Military and in the Corporate world and I can assure you, we are not a little "thin on the ground." We have a very good organization that is strong across all functional areas....as strong as most organizations I have been involved with. They work extremely well as a team...do not step on each others toes...cooperate well...are not afraid to speak up when they see something wrong...are responsive to fans and management...etc. Paul is a good leader and is not afraid to seek advice if he feels he needs it.
