I've decided that whilst the missus is away I am going to download the latest Football Manager and sort out Villa. Total squad overhaul with Gabby - Bannan - Clark being my spine. I'll build my squad around them.

Whilst watching 24 of course.

This weekend is gonna suck. Girlie is working tonight and tomorrow night and then all day Sunday at her day job. She'll be back round mine tonight after work and we'll have most of the day Saturday together but I won't see her until Monday evening after 5pm tomorrow. Boo. Got used to being with her.

Suppose it'll give me time to catch up on some stuff at home and whatnot. It's been that long since I've had a few days to myself I don't know what I'll do. Clean the house, go to the gym, prep some meals for lunch next week, catch up on some TV. That's about it.

McLeish is a great man manager.

After going down the M1 the last 2 weekends (North London bound) the road works are really affecting my driving.

40mph everywhere, and when I'm not in one of those zones I'm doing easily 95-100mph in the fast lane to make up for lost time.

I've not long finished all my paperwork and stuff though so it does look quite tidy.

For weight loss I found that doing weights helped immensely. I lost more fat doing weights 3 times a week and 1 big cardio session than just doing cardio.

I've only got to look at a cake and I'll gain weight.

Usually because I'm eating a doughnut at the time...

Thought I'd update with things are going really well with me and the missus.

I've never connected with anyone like this before. I really do think we are meant for each other, and I've not been one to believe in fate or soul mates or anything before. I'm beginning to feel like I never actually loved any of my exs as I didn't feel with them the way I feel with her. It's... odd. But a good odd.
