    I've heard this being sung quite a bit lately, hopefully it catches on as it's much better than his current song and it's original

    1. Free transportation: I am not sure when/if we will be doing that again in the near future. With the amount of "need" we have at the Club right now, we must be smart about how we spend money. My sense is that when the time is "right", Randy will again pull the trigger.

    I understand this, but Bolton do it regularly and last season they did it three times which cost them £81000...however; they got 5 points from the 3 games they paid for travel expenses, keeping them up and bagging them an extra £3.75m in league places - fan support is essential and perhaps it may be something to look in to for the future? I know you shouldn't really be doing it due to recession and keeping all profits etc, and I'm not saying every game or every other game. Maybe once or twice a season to the games that you think we may get the lowest attendance from Villa fans at, i.e. Portsmouth away on the Tuesday in new year, or Man City away on the Wednesday in new year coming up?

    Bolton are doing free travel again this season for their forthcoming games at Boro' and Sunderland. I agree it would be a good idea for midweek away games at Pompey or Man City, that way we would get the full 2500 at Pompey and the full 3000 at Man City rather than a half empty away end

    Everton fill their ground

    Eh? Liverpool fill Anfield every week, Everton very rarely fill Goodison. Against Boro' on Sunday they got 31,000, just a week earlier we got nearly 37,000 against them. Everton's gates usually hover around 35,000 and they get about 38,000 against Man Utd and Liverpool. Even in the week leading up to the game against Liverpool there are tickets readily available, thats how Liverpool fans get tickets in their ends because the tickets are on general sale up until the day before the game

    Chants to this tune should get more of an airing, i can now think of 4 different versions of the Torres songg that ive read or heard:

    The Marlon version suggested on here,

    The Small Heath version sung at west ham away last year,

    The Cuellar goofy teeth version sung at Wigan,

    and now this Carew version.

    What do you mean 'the Torres song'??? It's not HIS song? Liverpool sing a song about him to that tune, likewise with Sunderland and Cisse and many others. As from what I remember its a childrens song about Noah's Ark! :lol:

    But yeh, sorry, let's keep it to just the Cuellar one which came down from Rangers.

    The goofy teeth and curly hair was sung all day in Prague. Need to get that bit in about 6 ft 2 bla bla bla to make it any good

    Yeah i thought that was the line but to me that makes it sound like he plays for Villa but we couldn't care. It should be 'But he's so good that we don't care'

    Anyone know a differnt verse of the Gabby cameleon song, something about scoring past the blues @ st andrews with help from agent Ridgewell ?

    I've heard that sung aswell, not sure of all the words but the end goes something like:

    'With a bit of help, from Agent Ridgewell

    To the tune of 'Agadoo'.

    As much as it sounds like a good idea Jack, it'd have to be a song everybody is familiar with. I know it's been suggested several times, but the Kings of Leon tune was good, for sex on fire, as it's played all the time at Villa Park and just about everybody knows it at the moment..

    Yep i've suggested it a few times. It's original as nobody else sings it and it's always on in the Adventurers before the game aswell. If someone sang it in there when it was on the jukebox it might catch on
