    Cant beleive im responding to this suggestion but another factor would be that he wouldnt have to face ManU again which i believe was a reason why he would have been reluctant to return to a premiership side. We would also only have to pay him 100k a week so thats a bargain!

    I really hope we dont sign bellamy, we need a striker or 2 but id take either keane or defoe over bellamy every time, especially if they are all gonna be in the 7-9mil price range.

    With Spurs and Villa asking after him I'd be a little surprised if he didn't ask - knowing what's likely in store for Watford in May. Its the next step for him, he is and England U21 international and has played well in his first season in the premiership, he needs to remain in the league at a bigger club going in the right direction where he will play regularily. This will allow him to try and break into the England set up as he gets older, i think Villa can provide all these things for him.

    Yes please young is a player i rate very highly, and while we are at it with pardew admitting he will accept bids we should signal our intent 10-12mil should get him. I am praying for Young and Bent that would upgrade us so much!!!

Both would have to accepted and up to the player to choose. Is that so? Id have thought if us and say spuds offered 5.5, but Manure offered 7.... they could accept it? Yeah they can but they are forced to accept all bids of 5.5mil+ so anyone bidding this can speak to him so no need to bid higher so nobody will do this.
