Collins was in there with Torres. Ashley Young at LB
I guess this is probably based on some bullshit stats rather than someone who watches football?
Either way it doesn't matter, he's settling in nicely now after being thrown in because of the Ming's injury

The Tories will stagger around like a drunk man, shouting out random shit, throwing air punches and stinking of piss for a while but eventually they will sober up and shuffle back into the conversation at about the time that Labour starts to smell like a recently deceased corpse. They'll get beat, and beat well, at the next election but they'll be back.

Just finished s3 of Billions. Rather good, no idea why I haven't watched it earlier.
Myself and the wife have just finished season two and are loving it. Hoping it doesn't drop off too badly at any point, US series do have a tendency to carry on way past their best.

Can honestly say I've never had a problem with any of if the PlayStation's I've had. Hopefully that's not the kiss of death for the PS5!
Yep, can't say I've had any problems across the various models.
The Xbox 360 on the other hand...

I've never said any brother is any better than an other brother, the only thing I can remember saying is that Aaron Ramsey was as good as Jacob Ramsey at youth level. Also if Jahmi ends up being sold to another PL team for millions of pounds then he will have done exceptionally well
I should have said 'forum tradition', not picking you out in particular buddy

Tradition dictates that you describe him as the better brother

I quite like the kit, not the sweaty part but the design has really grown on me, like it does every year.
I always think that if we do well in a kit then the design will grow on people no matter the initial response. Obviously being made out of taped up bin bags isn't ideal though.

He’s hasn’t been nearly as bad as Bailey today. New scapegoat is it fellas?
I suspect it's more a case that, at points, Bailey does do good things where as Tielemans has yet to do anything in a Villa shirt other than stink the place out.

Really? I love Unai but the league cup win was one of the best days of my life and MON had us so close to top 4.
Let's give him time and hopefully he delivers silverware.
Hopefully he will. He's also a top guy unlike that egotistical tit MON

Could someone please explain how xG works. Actually don’t bother as it’s pointless. Yesterday we had 9 shots on target scoring 6, Brighton had 3 shots on target, scoring 1. In the fantasy world of expected goals, Brightons xG was higher than ours, which was 1.49
I'm not a great believer in the whole xG stat thing, certainly on a individual game basis. As you've stated, we were obviously the team more likely to score more goals yesterday as we created more chances, better chances and took more shots.
Over the course of a run of games it can point out when you're over achieving compared to your actual performance but, in reality, doesn't tell you much more than your own eyes would tell you.
It's existence probably justifies someone's job

He is a joy to listen to. Proper good guy.
We're very lucky having McGinn, and Mings, as our main club representatives. Both speak well, with intelligence and avoid all the usual cliche bullshit. Always happy to see McGinn's cheeky smile in an interview.

Am I right in thinking we haven't got through from the third round of the FA Cup since the year we reached the final?
-
If you're going to bitch and moan about not getting game time you really do need to make sure you're on your game then you get chances and not play like a fat useless manchild
-
It's funny really, Unai comes in with a reputation as a great cup manager but let's be honest, we've been utter crap in our cup games.
Truth is we don't have the squad to rotate, either we go full strength or we except that we won't win a cup of any sort
-
I think a few posters on here did point out that he was a washed up has-been who should be avoided
-
Chelsea have been creating chances just not taking them. Our defence is a bit of a mess at the moment so I think we'll concede early and it'll get worse from there.
4-1 to Chelsea
Yes, I've woken pessimistic

I’m backing Emery on the rotation. We have 5 more games with 3 at home to get it right.
I really want us to beat Chelsea more then I wanted us to win this and half the team playing less minutes gives us a much better chance of doing this.
I'm having horrible flashbacks to the MON era when he did something similar. We lost in Europe and then got dicked in the league.
I still think we'll qualify through the group stages as I don't think Unai will make as many changes for the next game

Why bother coming onto a forum to discuss things if you're going to throw your toys out the pram if people disagree with you?
Emery is fantastic manager, I'm very happy we have him and he has been nearly perfect since he joined us but tonight he dropped a bollock and isn't above criticism

Hindsight management is a wonderful thing. It’s one game, we have 5 left to put it right. Emery would have leant a lot tonight. It’s better to learn this stuff when you have a chance to put it right.
It's not really hindsight, he did the same against Stevenage and got the same result
-
We all knew he was a last minute emergency loan when we signed him so we can't be too upset that he's no great shakes.
In fairness he didn't drop any clangers, he just didn't so much to suggest he should be playing

He needs to use the squad, the squad let him down. It’s that simple.
Whilst true, I do think if you make too many changes you're asking for trouble as no matter the quality of the players the team will look disjointed. I'd rather start with close to our strongest team and then swap in the squad players later in the game rather than the other way round.
I'm not too worried, as I still think we'll get out of the group, but Unai does need to make sure there is a well drilled team out on the pitch, rather than a bunch of strangers
-
Terrible
Tielemans needs to stfu about starting, he's lucky to make the bench the useless arse
Duran motm because at least he looked like he cared
Unai made some serious boo-boos there and needs to reconsider how much he's prepared to rotate players
-
Starting to think we over paid for this guy

Saw them in the summer at a festival. Very confident stage presence for a new band.
