I think I mentioned a few years ago that I met Merv a couple of times. The second time I was a bit of a fanboy and plucked up the courage to mention he's one of my favourite drummers of all time. Very uncool of me I know but he's genuinely one of my drumming idols. We had a nice chat. I made him a hot chocolate.

My partner's dad instilled an irrational fear of water towers into his kids by assuring them they were kiddie prisons and on car journeys when they passed them would tell the kids it's where the naughty kids get sent to and if they don't shut up in the back they'll drop them off.

It's the 12th day of Christmas. I'm the only house on my street with decorations still up.

If people love christmas so much that they put their decorations up in November, Why don't they leave them up for the duration of the festivities?

A470 (the main north to south road in da Wales) had loads of new streams and standing water on it yesterday and was as bad as I've ever seen it, really dangerous in places. The ground is saturated.

Konsa's been great so far this season. Can't remember him having a bad day at the office. Mr Consistency.
