you can argue that he's going to actively encourage players to leave for bigger clubs by hardly giving grealish a sniff whilst he played for villa and will now finally make him a first team regular and building the team around man citys jack grealish
how do you think mings feels about being dropped for man utds harry maguire in the euros? do you think that he thinks "if i played for liverpool i wouldnt have been dropped" and therefore if liverpool / utd / man city / chelsea come calling he will actively seek a move? or forget mings and insert a.n.other english villa player
he really is the same as so many english managers of the past
First thing I thought as soon as I saw the tweet from England congratulating him on the move to manc., was that there's been some encouragement from them for this move to happen. Not saying it was the only or even the main reason but a factor to help tip the scales

Wesley 10x > Davis
At least Wesly scores now and again.
I dont think Davis is Championship striker let alone a premier league striker!
Correct me if I'm wrong, what you're saying that you would need 10 Wesley's to be better than 1 Davis .

It's happening, stand on me pal, we are the next big thing, the new North stand is going to be shaped like Jack's head, with his legs either side as pillars, aston will be known a s Grealishville. Jump.aboard pal, don't be negative, have a beer and dream like us.
Won't be happy with that!
Won't be able to see most of the pitch past his calves

I’d love nothing more than Bellingham going full on Gardner and declaring he’s actually a Walsall fan
i'd love it more if we went out and brought him, just the kind of player that would suit us and they'd go into meltdown, can you imagine.

Heard that we are monitoring Wayne Hennessey for a backup keeper.
Personally, I would be disgusted by Villa signing him, after that unforgivable salute he didn't even apologise for. What a massive contradiction this signing would be to all the brilliant work that the Club, and in particular Tyrone Mings, have done to improve diversity and inclusivity. I take a lot of pride in the fact that Villa were the first team to take the knee back in June last year, so to sign someone so stupid and immature would be a really poor step in my opinion, and could really undermine the good work already done.
Please Villa don't sign idiots like him

Rashford, Sancho and Saka with the penalty misses. All the racists will be out in force tonight.
I take back what I said about how stupid your comment was, at the time everybody was feeling sad for the players, particularly the ones that missed the penalties and i was annoyed that somebody would bring race into it.
With the reports of the abuse coming in I've seen this morning it's hard to understand how vile some people actually are.

How can you bring on two players who have hardly kicked a ball all tournament for a couple of seconds to take a pen. Awful management.

Why keep Stirling on for the whole game and then give a 19 year old to take the last pen.

Have you got your daughters ST yet? I have the same situation, got mine about 2 weeks ago, surname starting with a c, no sign of my sons.
Having spent about about 1.5hours on hold to the ticket office (3x0.5hrs calls) without answer, I'am getting just a touch frustrated now.
