  1. To be fair, the shirt was an 'issue' when it was delayed until September...now it is rediculous. The only solution is to chare full price and NOT change the away kit next year. General, Does the club have the courage and integrity to do this?
  2. That is a pretty childish, condescending and disappointing reply in my opinion. The fans you are 'having a go at' were here long before you were and will be here long after you pack your bags. They have spent time, money (not dissimilar to what Randy has spent in proportion to their total wealth) and are the lifeblood of the club. If you and Randy are unable to handle this criticism with dignity and composure then I suggest you are unable to handle the day-to -day pressures of running the world’s greatest football club. Not having a manager, having only 22 players to name out of a possible 25 and having a net spend of -23M during the transfer window is surely a concern for most Villa fans. When will we have a new manager? What is the transfer kitty for January? (Nothing, small, large) Are you changing the away shirt next year after the cock-up with the sponsor?
  3. General, Given the away shirt fiasco, does the club commit to not changing next years away kit? Or will the club continue to squeeze every last drop of money out of Villa fans by changing the away kit again even though fans have had less than 1 season to wear it?
  4. People see what they want to see I suppose...if Sarah Palin can see Russia from her house then I guess it would not be so absurd for some 'people to see that this was secretly a handshake between Owner and soon-to-be manager. For me, it was .... Randy: 'Hello, good luck' DM: 'Thanks'
  5. Not anymore mate... Moyes is as short as 7/4 and KM is as short as 100/30 100/30...you mean 10/3?
  6. ...I'll only support this move if he brings Cahill along with him
  7. Small squad and negative impact of injurieson results. Small squad and burn out of young players (Gabby as an example). There are two reasons within a few seconds.
  8. 8th. Our good luck with injuries and suspentions can't last. A drab draw this weekend will point to tougher times ahead.
  9. Actually the complete opposite has to happen, in the short term, for the greater good. A consumer MPC of around 92-97% over the next 18 months should see a relatively 'soft' landing. Anything less than this and we're headed for a recession that has been enevitable after the unsustained growth that we have seen over the last few years. With 9,000,000,000,000 of debt, America is too close to becoming a banana republic and this number will need to be reduced significantly, exacerbating the downturn in the U.S. economy over the next two-three years. The real question is, what on earth would anybody want to be the next U.S president?
  10. I don't care about quantity to be honest, quality is most important.

But it's still Nike, so surely it will still be sold in a Nike store, as was the point I was making wrt the shirts being stocked in the Barca store. Please read the thread before you post.

If you can get this informatioon I will quite happily say that this is a better deal, but I want hard facts, not some people who see teh Nike swoosh and go weak at the knees.
