Fook - ye don't expect me to actually listen to all SEVEN minutes do ye? :-)
Not unless you'd like to. Some would be taken with 7 minutes worth of Menergy

Another for Petrov. He has been consistently excellent in the way he has kept the team ticking.
I'd probably give it to him apart from that just for him effectively getting that POS Ronaldo substituted with THAT tackle!
-
Yes, I know what you mean but I'm a big fan of the classics - even if I'm not a fan of the coiffure they wore in those days.
I also think I'm beyond "jarring". Having had my hair raised, skin crawled, stomach turned and eyes bulged at some of the things I have seen over the years, "jarred" would make a change.
-
I fancy I could find some of her "art", based on her filmography.
-
In those circumstances, that was probably the wise choice. Had you been around for long enough it is likely you would have gone for the second from bottom. Had you been around for even longer you might have asked "Why can't I vote for 'Donna is the the queen AND Sylvester is a rocket polisher"?
Wish I'd thought of that when I put the poll together!
-
I agree, almost without reservation. She was the queen. However, Sylvester is an industrial-strength rocket polisher so my vote was split!
-
My vote goes to Rose Royce, how can they have been overlooked in this poll?
Same goes for Leo Sayer and David Soul, come to think of it.
Sorry,Rose Royce is outta here, my love for her don't live here any more.
Leo Sayer, I decided the show shouldn't go on.
David Soul, I gave up on us, baby.

... ... :firefox:  :drowsy:
EDIT:
Sorry, I think I just got a bit... weird on the emoticons there. I must have got a bit twitchy on the mouse. I'll check that I have taken the correct medication in the correct order, I do have to watch that.

Definitely Donna. Sylvester's a tranny.
Really? Maybe he wanted to be like Donna Summer in the same way Michael Jackson supposedly wanted to be like Diana Ross. It's really totally risible when people identify with others and want to be like them to the extent that they act like them and operate like blind cheerleaders for them.
-
It's Donna, for me. "I Feel Love" was way ahead of its time. The keyboard play looks well dodgy, though. I'm sure he has never done gay porn, though!

I've pondered on the relative merits of these two musical giants for a while now
So, check these two disco legends out. Who is the best singer and the best mover with the best backbeat (a disco essential, I feel.)
Also, can you see any of their moves being incorporated into goal celebrations in a retro/revival style by any of our players? Personally, I can.
-
The name Nicky Keye jumps immediately to mind! She is referred to many times on this thread ;-)
-
By that do you mean Manic Monday :winkold:
And no, you aren't as gay as Sylvester unless you try to get Nathan to move in to your bedsit.

Beatles White Album

And his pink boots would end up looking like a painter's radio.
-
OK, you're right. I'm actually listening to that Lazy Town song!
-
Sylvester, "Mighty Real".

^^^
Probably because no one got raped yet :-)
Yet? **** hell, the internet really has moved on, eh?

I think I want Jose Mourinho for Christmas...
I second that
And you've both got as about as much chance as me, assuming I changed my batting stance!
It's OK - you can have Sylvester :-) :-) :-)
Tut, tut! You know full well he has already been taken by another and I'd get my eyes scratched out if I encroached!

Arrogant arrogant man. Can be funny too. Reminds me of Michael Bentine. I love him.
Surreal post of the day!
Yep, "Potty Time", in fact!

My uncle was the world's worst ventriloquist.
When I was a kid he used to sit me on his knee, stick his fingers up my arse and tell me to say nothing to anybody.

I see several contributors to this thrad have used the term "public school" in the American sense, rather than the traditional English (public = private) one.
Yes, it has become quite confuddling.
I blame the education system for that. Had they gone to a public school they would know the difference.
Best 1970's disco performer?
