im sick and tired of this, whats the point in defending for about 85 mins, and then suddenly trying to get a goal at the end, and nzogbia needed to start imo.. very poor management.

My first action as press officer will be to re-instate Urbie the Urban Badger as official club mascot.

We feel that the Badger is a perfect embodiment of the spirit of this great club.

Our new manifesto will be published shortly, but here's a brief rundown of our goals:

Everyone knows that bent has the quality to bang goals in, he has done it at all the other clubs he has been in... he is NOT a target man, he struggles to hold the ball in his feet we all saw this against Newcastle, and with Mcleish Second half tactics ( Pumping it forward) he will never score loads, he has done well just to get how many he has got not tbh. The only times i re-call when bent had chances at goal was when he was thread with a through ball from Keane or ireland.. But even then he had 2 chances and failed to convert any of them.

Compare our squad to Sunderland's and there is not much difference, how come they are doing so much better than us? Obvious answer i know.. They have a manager that can motivate the players, we don't.. its not that the team is a better team. Compare the two sides.

So who would you guys prefer lerner go for if he had to choose either Bruce or keep Mcleish?

I think it was a stupid decision to take n'zogbia and ireland.. The link up play between Ireland,Keane and N'Zogbia in the first half was absolutely working, we looked a threat to newcastle's goal... But as soon as we took Ireland and n'zogbia off we lost all rhythm in our play.

I hope we win more than ever tomorrow because we haven't won at home for three months.

That and the fact that I'm making yet another 6 hour round trip up to VP tomorrow.

Here is a novel thought.

If the fans actually attempt to support them team, instead of sitting in silence waiting for one of them to make a stray pass and then vent ultimate rage at the team - we may just do it.

The only time this season I have heard the fans support the team was Arsenal, now I know we lost it, but how well we played that day.

I enjoyed the game yesterday. Yeah, we lost but the players really gave their all. I can't complain about effort.

Yeah, there were a few mistakes at the back that led to the goals. I do not blame Hutton for the second goal. Watching it again, there was an Arsenal player to his right coming in...so yeah..with his left foot.....c'mon...it was a fluke Arsenal goal. The penalties were error in judgment from both Dunne and Bent. Not McLeish.

I always have this hope deep down he'll be amazing but there is always a part of me hoping he's just average but good enough for Villa so no one takes him from us. I know for a fact if he breaks into the first team fully next season and has a great season he'll be playing for Liverpool or Man City in 2014 without fail.

Just sign him to a 5 year contract and put a massive transfer fee on his head, like 35-40 mill lol, should keep liverpool and other teams away

With a solid defensive midfielder doing the dirty work behind them, Delph and Gardener could be our future midfield for years to come.

He has been misused since the day he came in the club, full back, defensive midfielder, no wonder he cannot find any form.

We are now in the process of doing the same from NZogbia. Buy a guy who supports the front man from the right hand side and then play him left wing. We are fools to ourselves, why buy a square peg and then try to force it into a round hole. Beggars belief and explains why our team balance is all over the place.
