Nobody at school calls Secondary school that any more. It's high school.
So you're telling me the school years are no longer - infant school, junior school, big school?
I need to get with it more, whatever it is.

Tbf... Having kappa in the window that would tell me it's pre Heck.
And the fact that it says Home 20/21 kit is also a give away
Although I think the purpose of the photograph from the OP is to highlight the fact that the yellow badge doesn't stand out on the light blue background. Having said that I think the light on the photograph also doesn't help the badge stand out very well.
And another thing while I'm here - the new badge looks shite

Hause used to wear No. 30.

On the final day of the final season that the Holte End was all standing, Villa fans gave Ian dog's abuse. He scored twice in Arsenal's 2-1 win & did far, far worse than Ollie today. I was there. April 23 1994.
I'm pretty sure the final day was against Liverpool, there was that chap in the pink suit singing 'you'll never walk alone' on the pitch.

It was so nice to walk out of the ground on Wednesday night and not hear all those nasty Manc accents singing and celebrating as they usually do.
Still buzzing about the result and performance today.......thats why I'm late posting on this thread!

I hope, I am wrong....but I just simply don't think we have the ability to stop them. Their running and movement will trump us.
outscoring them is our only chance, I suspect.
crowd, will play a big part.
That's how it usually works

If you carve it right, it will last until the New Year.

Read 'tributes' to sticky vicky on other sites and the one that made me laugh the most was: "the beef curtains are finally closed"

Got booked against Malta for the exact same thing as he got a penalty for Spurs against Villa last season.
Going in with the keeper, begins to fall before contact is made and leaves a leg out stretched for the keeper to collide with.
Even VAR didn't over turn the original decision.

Did anybody pick up on the chant in the North Stand against AZ?
Went something like:
Oh what delight
Watching Villa on a Thursday night
Blues aren't there
Cause there f***n shite
What a feeling what a night- 1

I'm having visions of the whole thing descending into an old codgers' drunken brawl. Could have a certain entertainment value, I suppose.
At least they won't be knocking each others teeth out, as they can be removed before the brawl starts

Villa Park - Atmosphere [merged]
in Villa Talk
Posted
Was coming on here to say the exact same thing. The flames, lights, fireworks, smoke tunnel (or whatever it is they walk through on the way to the pitch) might look great on telly but yeah I think it kills the atmosphere in the ground.
I always stop until the final whistle, but left on 90 minutes because of the train strike, which meant if I'd stayed until the end chances are I'd of missed the last train home. I'm fed up of catching ubers after the game because of last minute train cancellations, as happened against Arsenal and Legia recently.
