Look how far off claret the skip is. Doesn't match the branding at all. Sack the board.
Never mind the colour of the skip look at how dark blue the bins are - totally wrong shade. On the plus - the green bin is a nice shade for the keepers top.

Aston Villa: Jack Grealish and Dean Smith on preparation for Premier League return
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/49158163
In June 2018, Aston Villa had lost a play-off final and were threatened with a winding-up petition by HM Revenue & Customs over an unpaid £4m tax bill

Don't forget we paid £7 million for Kalinic and I'm sure for an extra £1 million we're getting a better keeper who will hopefully play more games.
Just a thought but is he left footed or right footed as this could make a great deal of difference when receiving back passes from defenders and playing out to them also. The current defenders are used to Steer (left footed) behind them.

Watching the Walsall friendly it looked as if Hourihane was preparing himself to take the penalty but Wesley strolled over, collected the ball, put it down and picked his spot in the net.
I'd guess Wesley is on spot kick duty - seems to have a lot of confidence about himself.
-
Also when fit and playing he seems to be Burnley's captain, which goes to show how highly rated he is as a person not just a goalkeeper

Went to the club shop on Saturday to get the kids shirts for the season, was waiting to get them printed when one of the shop assistants asked if they had tried them on because he said "they are coming up small".
Last year they had juniors top this year is a medium adult. Now I know kids grow but bloody hell that is some growth spurt! (plus an extra £10 a shirt because of course they wanted the sponsor logos on, premier league badge, etc...)
Not sure if this helps anyone on the sizing but there you go.

This looks much better than the snazzy launch video, doesn't look so bad. Not that I'll be buying either but thought I'd throw my tuppence worth into the debate.
It was only on zooming in that I noticed the black keeper kit as well lurking in the background.

Aston Villa will finally launch their all-new Kappa away strip - and it'll be showcased Stateside.
The expected sky-blue number will be launched at a special Villa party at Brit's Pub in downtown Minneapolis from 9.30am on Wednesday (3.30pm UK-time).

So if the Birmingham Mail are to be believed we could be seeing new players in a new kit in about 26 hours

Does an Engel contemplate our fate
And do they know
The places where we go
Both away and home
'Cause I have been told
That salvation lets their wingbacks unfold
So when I'm sat in the holte end
Thoughts running through my head
And I feel the atmosphere is dead
I'm loving Engels insteadAnd through it all he offers us protection
A lot of steel an interception
Whether I'm right or wrong
And down the Prem Table
Wherever it may take me
I know that teams won't break me
When I come to call, he won't forsake me
I'm loving Engels insteadWhen I'm feeling weak
And Green runs down a one way street
I look above
And I know I'll always be blessed with love
And as the feeling grows
He breathes flesh to my bones
And when football is dead
I'm loving Engels insteadAdmit it - how many of you sung this instead of reading it??
I know I did

However I think it’s bullshit.

Same thing happened in the same place last year, bus load of Fulham supporters drove past and bottles, cans, etc. were thrown again.
