Wow..
I am not happy with this decision but it is what it is..
doesn’t he have a stake in the club?
-
He will bring depth of quality in the midfield park..
He will give competitive to the other players..
We have more games next season and we need to remain competitive..
im hoping that a strong Pre season will have him raring to go

His development this season has been absolute mind blowing.
The fact that he is our player and we haven't spent any money in signing him is an absolute credit to our Academy.
He has all the fundamentals to be a top midfielder and we can build around him.
He has just turned 22 but for most part of the season as a 21 year old he has been racking up the stats below..
Those are ridiculous numbers for a player that young.. The kid is special and he will continue to get better and fill out as his career progresses.
It is important that we not only keep hold of him but we build around him because he is our future captain.

Best way to approach it is never think too much about a transfer until the player has a photoshoot in a shirt.
This is my approach with this years summer transfer window.
If it happens it happens..

He’s a top player there is no doubt about his quality..
I question his mentality, he contributed to Leicesters relegation.
Did he down tools so he could get a big move for UCL football?? Because if so that’s backfired.

It’s a hard market with foreign top class players/staff.
Players are not only thinking about Champions League.. but they are thinking about the lifestyle and the city.
It’s going to be tough to sell the image of choosing Birmingham or West Midlands over Milan, Paris, Rome,Monaco, Madrid or Barcelona.

My favourite Villa player of all time!
I grew up idolising him.
When we would play 5 aside at Walmley, we all wanted to be Ashley Young..
I never thought I would see him in a Villa shirt again.. but I did..
Never would I have thought I would see him score again.. but against Forest he did..
He set the standards at this football club.
I understand why his contract hasn’t been renewed but I don’t at the same time..
To me.. He is the modern day Villa legend.

We need to sign him..

YEEAAAAAAHH!!

The nerves seems to have got to some of our players..
The referee is the 12th man for Brighton

Maybe I am being a bit too harsh..
but coventry look poor.
If the football Gods get them a win today they won't record one win in the Prem..
-
This one looks beyond us at the moment..
Common sense prevails.. Chelsea are heavily stacked in the midfield area.

He looks good

Love how Brighton are resting their players for Sunday
-
Watkins is not built for this..
Better we find out now instead of later

Very powerful stance from the club..
I love it..

Not any more unfair than promotion playoffs.
If we had European football already and progressed deep into the tournament, then we happened to scrape 4th place.. would it be fair that we would have to play 3 additional games to qualify for the ECL?

The greedy 6 would never allow it. Couldn’t have them losing out on CL to a 7th placed Wolves or Burnley
This concept would be very unfair..

There is an odd inconsistency about them.
They've dropped MacAllister here to have a look at things when he's gone next season. Same reason this wally Steele has ended up in the side.
Raya and Sanchez from the data darlings Brighton and Brentford will be at Tottenham/Chelsea/Utd next season. Interested to see if they can replace them as well they do everyone else.
I think they already have their replacements, they are just being blooded into the first team.
They will make a lot of profit this summer and reinvest that into their squad..

Our race for European is not over especially if Brighton drop points this evening

For him to be nominated for manager of the year is huge!
Have we ever had a manager be nominated for this award before?

Wow Luton or Cov!
I would like to see Coventry promoted just from a rivalry perspective!
I don’t understand the proper history between the clubs as it was before my time..

You are not the only one.
He understood the values, classiness, heritage of THIS football club. I am unsure whether Heck and the new DOF will grasp what this club really means to English football and most importanty the fans.
CP was a throwback.. He knows about the 82 European Cup, he knows about Deadly Doug he knows the club inside out..
