Not surprised
If Roy called him up i reckon he would have accepted it.
He was born here so was his dad, his missus and his mates. I reckon he wants to represent tHis country.
-
I hope he decides to play for England.
They will come calling next season if he continues to play this way
-
He certainly has the ability to play in this league he is just inconsistent.
Like one of the posters said he needs a good pre-season. He actually looks a bit unfit to me. Might need to lose some pounds.
The other thing that worries me is his lack of mobility in comparison to our other midfielders.
I hope he comes good.

We did not play poorly. We were very unlucky to not get at least a point.
We will be fine

i personally think that 35 points will be more than enough to keep the bottom teams out of the relegation zone this season

Can't the club terminate bents loan deal or not?
-
A lot of teams have been in this situation at this time of the season and have beat the drop.
We have it in us.
WE CAN DO IT!

He had a good game.
He just messed up terribly at the last minute
-
I would play him up top with benteke.
And play a 3-5-2
Our midfield cannot dominate and benteke cannot play up on his own
-
He cannot handle the responsibility of playing up front on his own.
Weimann/Sinclair need to play alongside him.
-
Don't even know where to begin.
Benteke does not look interested.. Did he have a shot on target?
Gabby was terrible. Did not do enough all game
Delph and sanchez looked overwhelmed in midfield.
Our set pieces have been poor. We hardly have any set piece takers.
Positively, Sinclair was excellent he links up well with richardson.
Clark had another good game.
-
sanchez is going to cost us the game
-
Cissokho has been one of our better left backs.
He will be back into our starting line up very soon imo
-
I would love to see MON back until the end of the season.
He would certainly keep us up.

We're in a win-win situation
If he stays he would have to perform well to get into the world cup
If he leaves then we can rebuild the squad.

I hope this isn't true
Funny story about Dawkins loan to Villa. Villa originally contacted San Jose as nobody realised Dawkins was contracted to us. They then contacted us and asked us for him on a real cheap loan (at this stage Dawkins was due to move back to San Jose permanently they even had interviews and press conferences complete! You can find these online im sure.) We worked everything out in about 45 minutes as it was against the clock and we were getting a 100k loan fee. After signing him one of their officials said they were ecstatic to get a young right winger to cover injured marc albrighton.Turns out Aston Villa signed Dawkins off of an internet scouting report! They had no idea he was 25, no idea he was actually a central midfielder and no idea he is left footed! This is why he got so little game time as they did not need a player in that position.

Harry is such a smug idiot..
He genuinely believes that QPR were the better team and that we rode our luck..
-
He is such a good footballer, he's like a Dortmund type player.
He very tactically aware has great pace, work rate and has a clinical finish in his attire.
-
Dawkins is shit
-
One thing that we know is that we can score against top teams at home.
Unfortunately we cannot hang on to a victory or draw..
-
I actually dont see Bowery as an offensive player, he has the physical attributes of being a defensive player.
-
Bowery is not looking any good im afraid

I think we will be fine if he leaves.
It will give us more funds to re-invest and hopefully improve.
Southampton rebuilt accordingly so has Swansea.
