    If we did get Ancelotti who do you think he would sign? I reckon he would bring in Pirlo. We would play 4-3-3 with pirlo petrov delph and makoun being rotated. Sign Ancelotti up!

    It sounds like we know who we want. Why would we rule out Hughes unless we are certain of other targets we want? It sounds like we could be deep into it already with someone else. Maybe anyways. I dont think we have not been doing nothing regarding a potential replacement for GH for the last month.

    I really do not want Warnock to play for us again. He is an A* Dick. I am looking forward to either Hughes or Ancelotti. Hughes would sort our defence out!

    I'd be happy if we appointed Hughes, He would be a good appointment and we can build and move forward with him. Young good manager!

    If Hughes has quit Fulham that doesn't necessarily mean he is coming here. Could just mean that they couldn't agree on a new contract. Hope he does come here though, Ancelotti is my first choice but Hughes is a close second.

    Really do not want FSW then lol! I hope he isn't even being considered but I'm sure that he is with his CV. Bring on Ancelotti or Hughes!

    Good thing to wake up to, that we are in for Ancelotti! The best we can do is ask, if he says no and then we appoint Hughes, at least we tried. I'm glad we are in for him, if that doesn't make Downing and Young want to stay I don't know what will!

    Didn't Hughes sell Dunne to us? Be interesting to see what happens if they link up again. Also would that mean Ireland would still have a future with us? He played his best stuff under Hughes, he was one of the best players in the league under Hughes! Some food for thought!

    Like Tim Abraham said on Twitter, no one thought we would splash the cash like we did for Bent, so you can never rule out Ancelotti and Wilkins until someone comes out with a statement! Fingers crossed. I'd be happy with Ancelotti or Hughes!

    Hughes has a fair bit of passion too. Hughes and Moyes have the temperament that makes me think players would want to play for them and they could inspire them!

    I'd have mixed feelings if Hughes was appointed tomorrow. I'd be disappointed that we didn't even attempt to go after a more prestigious manager. At the same time I'd be glad that its been dealt with early and Hughes would have the entire summer to get the squad he wants and stamp it down his own way!
