True, but at least both have won a World Series since 2000. There are a lot of teams that would kill to make that claim (plus, the Marlins won also in 1997). 
 

The White Sox situation is worse, given they just 3-4 years ago they were loaded and had high expectations. Reinsdorf has truly run them into the ground

i don't think i've chosen very well.

They just traded their best player,  Arraez, to the Padres and will still pay most of his salary for the remainder of the season. Padres get a great hitter for virtually no $. I call that a proper fleecing
