BBC hotlinks

This is still happening, and it only seems to happen with the BBC news/sport apps. 

I copied this link from a BBC article, using the 'share' icon: 

Sweden midfielder Olsson on ventilator in hospital - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/68411593

Pasted it into the link box in a VT thread, like this: Link

And, as you can see, it seems to link not to the BBC, but back to this thread.

Then don't do it. Just post the link (and an extract). Don't use a "link box".

Yes, but I don't have time to look into it if there is a workaround.
