UpTheVilla26
Of all time... Harry Hampton, Billy Walker, Peter McParland, Charlie Aitken, Peter Withe, Denis Mortimer, Nigel Spink, Brian Little, Paul McGrath, Gareth Barry. In my time of watching Villa (1991 onwards)... Gordon Cowans, Paul McGrath, Dwight Yorke, Ian Taylor, Paul Merson, Olof Mellberg, Gareth Barry, Jack Grealish, Tyrone Mings... Last one may shock people but Tammy Abraham. Without his goals in that loan spell, we don't win the playoffs. He was brilliant for us and I shudder to think what would have happened if we didn't go up that season. McGinn has been there through it all as has Mings. Grealish also had a fair few transgressions and, no, I am not a fan of him the person. None of that really invalidates the influence that he had on us returning to, and reestablishing ourselves in the PL Edited January 18 by icouldtelltheworld
