Using Safari as the browser on both devices. Neither situation logs me out on a PC (Windows 10) using Chrome. Link to comment

Have you got a setting that deletes cookies each time? Either way, maybe go to settings, Safari, clear all website data on both devices and see if that's solved it (it will of course log you out on both when you do it). Link to comment
