I really enjoyed the companions, some of their story arcs have some really nice character building and satisfying payoff, but the main storyline was pretty uninteresting, the choices were shallow and the world felt pretty empty if you stray away from quest markers. I'd play another one, it was a decent kick off for a new IP, but I didn't think it was anything special. Having said that, I think Fallout 4 is **** shite, and I finished Outer Worlds in a few days, so Obsidian were definitely doing something right.
