Spreadsheet help

I'm on a six month probation before I get transferred onto an NHS contract, during this probation I get paid a set hourly rate, upon completion of this probation I will get a lump sum paid retroactively according to the Agenda for Change. I'm trying to set up a spreadsheet to work out how much I would have earned according to the agenda for change and track the difference to what I have been paid.

At the minute I'm paid for breaks, once the agenda kicks in 39 mins will be deducted from 8 hour shifts. 1h 15 mins from 12 hour shifts.

Possible shifts are 0700-1430, 0700-1500, 1500-2300, 2300-0700, 0700-1900, and 1900-0700.

Ideally it be laid out like a timesheet, start/end time hours worked

Paid monthly so ideally it will be a sheet for each month and then one extra for the sum totals.

Enhancements are time plus 44% for all time on Saturday (midnight to midnight) and any week day after 8 pm and before 6 am, time plus 88% for all time on Sundays and Public Holidays (midnight to midnight).

Can anyone assist? I open a new sheet then get overloaded with the minutiae of the task.

Where 39 minutes gets deducted from the 1500:2300 & 2300:0700 shift and where 75 minutes gets deducted from the 1900:0700 shift, at what rate are you being deducted ?  Is it the lower or the enhanced rate?  IOW is your break regarded as being at standard or enhanced rate?

I believe the 1500-2300 is lower rate and 2300-0700  and 1900-0700 is enhanced.

Also typo, its a 30 minute deduction from an 8 hour shift.
