Jas10 Posted August 22, 2016 Share Posted August 22, 2016 Hi, I am a long time Villa supporter (since the days of Dean Saunders & co) and took in moments such as the League Cup victory as a child but I most enjoyed the days of John Gregory as our manager, it was good to have a proper Villa man at the helm and someone who really cared, was passionate and wanted to desperately bring the good times back - a bit more backing and it would have been possible. The Lerner era started off well but we all know how that ended up. I am very encouraged by Dr. Xia and hope he can push the club forwards now after a disastrous few years and he seems to be making all the right moves along with our new management team. I would enjoy contributing here and look forward to the season ahead. Link to comment
