Well that was a trip. A memory vortex of nonsense from my youth.  Having said that () it was a most pleasant trip down the lane. Alas too many broken links and not in your regions though. A whack of them that I previously “liked” are now but a ticking of a mystery as to what they where.

Midnight Diner

Japanese diner open from midnight till 7am. 30 minute episodes. Subtitled. Cast of characters that all have a story to tell. I suspect not everyone’s cup of tea, but if I had to choose one word to describe the experience: delightful
The food is a bonus as is the title music. Now that is beautiful as well.

I guess the problem with WandaVision is I don’t know all the source material nearly well enough to spot anything of interest.  So on the face of it it is a badly acted, not funny sitcom of dubious provenance.  Having said that (just had to get that in there) I have just finished episode two and am somewhat intrigued. Didn’t realise episodes are coming out weekly though.  May be very hard for the casual viewer to remain interested. Next bit in a spoiler because I don’t know if it is or not:

Didn’t all those MCU type shows on Netflix get “cancelled “ because they knew that they all the rights and I guess reruns were going to Disney+.  Why produce content for them for such a short term?  So at this stage it is Disney’s court. Having said that I don’t see the Punisher etc on Disney+. Confused, I am.

Bit late to the races, as it were, but just watched Green Book. Thoroughly recommend and didn’t realise it was based on real folk. 2 hrs well spent.
