  1. I can't take another 12 minutes of this, not at all.
  2. This is a ridiculously exciting game, in fairness. The 4-4-2 should be a requirement, when both teams play it there is no defending at all.
  3. Arghhhh! Albrighton could have scored! We're getting back in this - though that probably means we'll throw it away!
  4. Good God NRC is bad with the ball. That was unbelievable. Should have been game set match.
  5. Totally agree with this. I'd leave Downing on as it'd affect the shape of the side - he's been okay without the ball.
  6. Massive pressure now. Refs not helping one bit.
  7. I'm worried now. Everton have been good everywhere but up front. With Beckford they were essentially playing with 10 men. Saha is an entirely different kettle of fish. I'd get Gabby on.
  8. Yeah, I know, you really shouldn't have if we had our shit together. Fair play for not rubbing it in too much or trolling. Under MON we didn't take it seriously enough, this year with the upheaval it's a different story. Kev Mac is the reserve manager - he thought the young boys were ready. And they were. It was a lot of senior players who let us down today. But a lot of us are disgusted that we don't take this a bit more seriously. And as for 'Good luck in the Premier League. Until next year.' I'm in a foul mood, but I won't lie, I laughed. Please let us get into Europe and get you again. It's our only hope to make up for this embarassment.
  9. This is Petrov saying either one of two things. 1. That the players don't believe it's Kev Mac's job, and are unsettled because of it; OR 2. The players think he might be given the job, and this is Petrov's message to the boss that that must not happen.
  10. The Newcastle result, this result + what you just posted would be a hat-trick of nightmares come true. It's looking more and more likely with shite like this going on.
  11. What happened to the Steven Ireland from the first half? Where the hell did he go? One of many things that have gone horribly wrong. I can't believe it, but Hogg, Bannan and Lichaj would have done better out there - they handled this lot in Vienna!
  12. Well, this is very, very embarassing for the club. Spurs going to the San Siro in the CL, us beaten by Rapid two years in a row. I am very, very upset.
  13. Oh jeebus we're out. Emile Heskey save us.
  14. It was as facical as his miss, but screw it we'll take it. I thought he was going to cry there. I nearly did.
  15. Always believed in you Emile. ALWAYS!!!!!
  16. I won't lie, I laughed at the replay. You have to laugh or you'd cry. I mean, heskey is known as a donkey but that was beyond the beyond. Still think we'll take this. If it goes to penos we're screwed.
  17. Good call! EDIT: Oh my god I spoke to soon. I thought he had to score...
  18. Wow, Emile. Wow. I support the guy, but we're playing well here and he can't get anything going at all. I'd love to get rid. Seems like a lovely bloke though.
  19. Maybe if Gabby didn't work his body into one solid piece of muscle he'd have less problems. Maybe not.
  20. I think NRC is like Cuellar at full-back. He looks so terrible on the ball that you think he must be crap, but you gain so much defensively and with work rate. NRC isn't class by any means, but he does a job. Oh god let Gabby be alright.
  21. We got a great result in the first leg but played terribly. Played terribly against Newcastle and got a terrible result. The difference today is night and day.
  22. GABBBBYYYYY!!!! God damn it Gabby I love you. We missed you you fast ****.
  23. I'm convinced this guy could play if we gave him a run of games. With the form of the rest of our full backs he should be in with a shout.
  24. Oooohhhh!!! Lovely strike from Ash on the free kick. Decent save. We seem to be in charge here.
  25. Even against the likes of these, I think one of our weakest things is movement off the ball... there are so many runs on that players seem to fail to see. It's not a lack of effort so much as a lack of vision. Agbonlahor often only starts running once the ball has been played, rather than anticipating. It's frustrating. If we want to get the best out of Ireland, we need more movement.
