Which musician can you spot on a record because of their unique style or sound ? Not vocalists obviously . For instance ; could you spot the differnce between the styles of Jimmy Page and Eric Clapton , Jeff Beck etc. The only guitarists I might guess would be Wes Montgomery 'cos, AFAIK, he played with his thumb and possibly Larry Carlton. Drummers ; one stands out , which is Steve Gadd, possibly because of his incredible "chops" or the unique sound of his Yamaha drums.
David Gilmour, Richard Thompson, Clifford Brown, Lee Morgan, Bobby Timmons, Charlie Parker, John Mayall, to name a few.

I actually think Villa had been playing fairly well bar the final ball until falling asleep for a moment on a set piece and a bit of bad luck in quick succession. All this talk of playing terrible and being found out is a bit over the top.

So, today I came very close to having a live moose land on the roof of my moving car in the middle of Oslo.
Whereabouts? Sentrum?

If DeSantis had decided not to challenge Trump this election, he probably wouldn't have vetoed it!
Not so sure about that. I believe his decision to veto happened after he'd already dropped out and endorsed Trump.

A Florida Republican proposed a state bill to direct taxpayer money to Trump’s legal fees. There's no bottom they can reach, apparently.
De Santis said he would veto the bill and has incurred Trump's wrath. It was actually worded so it would pay legal fees of any politician who gets in trouble while fighting to protect freedom and democracy or some such garbage, but obviously aimed at Trump. Can you imagine the chaos that could cause in the future?

Komeda Quintet - 'Astigmatic'
Krzysztof Komeda composed film music, 'Rosemary's Baby' is probably best known in the West?
This is an SACD issue too.
Here's a different flavor of European jazz. I wonder if our resident Swedes are familiar with this album. My dad used to play it in the car on 8-track tape when I was a kid.

Jesus Christ. The last player I saw with feet that size was Bosko Balaban! The minute he ran on at Villa Park for his debut, I said to my mate “ that lad has clown feet”. Five minutes later he’d tripped over his own feet!
I hope history doesn’t repeat itself.
Relax! The legs and feet are obviously photoshopped.

I used to hate Brussels sprouts. They had the unique thermodynamic property of always seeming to be cold when appearing on my plate regardless of how quickly they had been transferred there from the steamer. Then I discovered roasting them. I halve them, toss them in some olive oil in a plastic bag, then season with salt, pepper and grated parmesan and put them in the oven for ~ 1/2 hour at 375F. They're now one of my favorite vegetables as long as they're roasted.

Oh, also doing the touristy open top bus thing taking in Capitol Records, the Hollywood sign and other such stuff
The Getty Museum is well worth a visit. It's got a great view of LA below from the grounds. You'll see the Capitor Records building on the way next to the freeway (not much to see, just a round building). The UCLA campus is just across the freeway off Sunset Blvd. Also the Getty Villa, just up the PCH from Santa Monica is beatiful.
