If only the players hadn't let him down so badly
That's the only thing that bothered me after his sacking. I don't like jumping on former managers etc. Cause it's not like they're ever here to be bad at their job, they're trying to win all they can.
Having said that, the likes of TalkSport claiming the players were embarrassing for letting him down is the most ridiculous statement. One of a managers responsibilities is to motivate the players, and if he can't do that then it's on him and not the players.

If keeps his head down and stays focused he could be an elite striker
I personally feel he should keep his head up so he can see the goal.

The players seem to love Traore don't they?

Kamala won't last the 90, especially with that yellow. See if we can get another 20 from him before a sub
She has to wait for Biden to stand down first.

Superb today. Laughable that anyone actually wrote him off.
People wrote off Haaland when he didn't score for two games.

He seemed really absorbed into whatever he was reading, I wonder if he was in the interesting maps thread?

I've mentioned the ones round here before. They've gone from 'endangered species' to 'successful breeding programme' to 'nuisance', in less than 20 years. Basically, if you look up into the sky at any time of day, it's odds-on that you'll see one (or several).
I'd much rather a nuisance than the alternative.

That’s pretty true of any income isn’t it? You can get fired from your job for Tweeting the wrong thing
That's true to a degree but you can always find new employment or claim job seekers allowance until then. In this scenario neither of those options would exist.

I feel like the point will be reached where a Universal Basic Income is going be a necessity. There just won't be "jobs" in the same sense we know them now. Even physical jobs can be automated by hooking these models up to machinery.
If people can get out of the mindset that you have to work, work, work all your life maybe we could enter an exciting new form of society.
Make sure you're a good boy though or that universal income won't be yours for long

TBH I always thought there was something very dodgy about Saville. He was a notorious lecher, and I'm surprised he never turned up in a Gary Glitter type scandal.
I had to see for myself... Wow!

Should have been booked for throwing the ball away in a strop in the first 5 minutes and it's not improved from there
Rewatch that part.

I am not watching the game today because for some annoying reason it isn’t on peacock but from the sky sports text commentary we are very much on the back foot. Anyone know if this is tactical or are we just being pushed back by West Ham ? If it’s the later that’s disappointing against a team in the bottom 3 who have been getting taken apart by teams recently
Complete bollocks, we're playing patient slow build up play. West Ham are playing for corners.

This latest revelation is one of the worst cases for corruption in our sport.

Excellent thread topic btw.
The only thing I don't get with burgers is the tomato they use is always a massive buffalo tomato, which are 99% water. This achieves two things, it dilutes any flavour that is there and it absolutely ruins the bun, just why?

Messi did nothing? Did you not see him out there walking his little heart out for the cause? Must have easily walked 3km. He'll sleep tonight.
Probably still recovering from his night out with Big Emi.
