Is that the same as club Wembley mate? I would have snapped this up if I hadn’t already bought 2 tickets in the stands.

You would have no shortage of buyers if you decided. 😊

So where about on the Villa site are you guys refreshing to see if tickets come available?

There's one bit where there is a red box that says "sold out" - is that briefly changing when tickets come available? (Tickets, home tickets)

There's another bit where there is a seat map where if you click on any area it just says "SOLD OUT" and nothing is greyed out. In the top right hand corner it says "select from area list" but obviously none are avaiable (avfc.co.uk/tickets)

Tried similar at various points today but haven't got any where with it.

  4. Do anyone know any decent places to watch the game on Monday? Either in the city or even are the club gonna show it?

If I can't get a reasonable ticket to get to Wembley I really would prefer to watch it with fellow Villans rather than at home.

    Cheers.

Hi guys, it seems that the pubs near the ground won't be showing the game (I read that none within a 2 mile radius can), so I was wondering if anybody knows where people who don't have a ticket can go? Any recommendations?

I'm increasingly tempted to travel down just to get close to the atmosphere.  am i a saddo?

Been agonising all day over whether to just splash out and worry about it later. Genuinely just went to buy 2 Wembley box seats for £700 each from that Live Football Tickets website... Then realised there was an extra £200 admin fees and tax on top of each one!!!!

I'm so torn, i feel like i want to be there but the prices are only increasing on other websites.  Even contemplating travelling down and watching it near Wembley.

  7. I am desperate now, I got in the queue and was something like 12000.

Can't believe I got two tickets for last year but missed out this year with a better criteria.

I am hoping I can pick up a ticket or some kind fellow would sell me a ticket from on here.  I've seen the hospitality tickets but I can't really justify 400 for a ticket.

  8. Papa Bouba Diop would appear to be close to finalising an exit from Fulham and his agent has revealed the midfielder is desperate to get his career back on track.

The Senegal star has been a key figure for Fulham in recent seasons, but he has slipped down the pecking after picking up a couple of injuries.

Wigan have had a bid accepted for the midfield powerhouse and Bouba Diop is currently mulling over his options.

A number of other clubs are considering tabling offers for the 28-year-old and Craig Hutchinson says the midfielder is desperate to return to regular action.

"He's fit and he's ready to play," Hutchinson told skysports.com. "He's not fully fit in terms of match fitness, but he is about two weeks away and ready to start."

Diop's injury problems have been a cause of concern for Fulham this term, but Hutchinson says his client will have no problems negotiating a medical.

"A medical will not be a concern," added Hutchinson. "As I have said, he is two weeks away from match fitness and he cannot wait to get started.

"He just wants to be playing first-team football again and that has been hard at Fulham and the time is probably right for him to move on."

  9. Here's a suggestion, how about the Hibs duo Kevin Thomson and Scott Brown.

Now before i get shot down, hear me out. the pair would be available for around £5mil combined and occupy two positions we could still do with cover for Thomson is a Defensive Midfielder and Brown is a RM. Both have been watched by scouts up and down the country and are touted to eventually make the move to England. So why not here? Although players from Scotland are generally an unknown quantity these days they seem to have decent potential.

  10. In my opinion we need 4 more signings in midfield and attack before the start of next season. A defensive midfielder, a left sided midfielder, a right winger and a 20 goal a season striker!

    1st Choice

Joey Barton (5.5m), Kieran Richardson(4.5m), SWP(10m) and Defoe or Bent (10m)

    2nd Choice (more realistic)

Boupa Papa Diop or NRC (5m), Shaun Maloney(free), Robbie Keane (6m)

In defence we should be looking at players such as:

    Carson (3m)

    Bridge (5m)

    L.Young (4m)

    Ben Haim or Distan (free)

A team for the beginning of next season:

    Sorenson, Carson

    L. Young, Bardsley, Bridge, O'halloran, Ben Haim, Mellberg, Cahill, Ridgewell

Petrov, Davis, Barry, Richardson, Barton, Osbourne (McCann)

SWP, A.Young, Defoe, Agbonlahor, Carew, Moore

couple of mind blowing choices, would never pay 10 mill for defoe and would also never touch Richardson with a barge pole.

  11. Matty Taylor would be nice, also spell the end for Bouma as a first teamer, i think.

MON up until 4 weeks ago im sure would have been looking at a replacement but Bouma's current form may have made it less of a priority.

Centre Midfield is now a priority imo. I believe 4-3-3 is back on the cards too. Hence MON liking of our young CM's and the releasing of Whits and Hendire.
