I think we might have had a chance at Dybala if we had a solid season but we have had a poor one and he probably wouldnt even engage with us. He is 28 and this will be his last big contract

Probably right, it almost definitely won't happen but I bet we will be aiming this high for a.couple of the positions.

Yes, on the move tailoring is a dangerous business.

Totally agree on the touch screens. Pretty much every car reviewer you see moans about them yet they persist. They are SO much more difficult. My new Polo has them and just things like adjusting the temperature and changing the fan direction from windscreen to middle vents is finicky and dangerous, have to take your eye off the road for ages.

If car manufacturers insist on it then Governments should outlaw them.  It's so annoying.

Damnit, bloody edited that too. I'm the worst.

Yes the controls are unsafe, I'd imagine they will be moving towards vouce control for everything but cheaper cars won't have that.

VW clawing back that huge dieselgate fine has set the trend for this cost cutting on the manufacture of new cars.and the drivers safety has taken a back seat.

What the **** does vouce mean ffs, I'm not changing it, I hope it's a type of fish, fill yer boots Sid.

Dybala will have much better offers than Villa sadly, some Champions League teams are already speaking to him

Botman has pretty much signed for Milan as Maldini wanted him

Yes I'd imagine so, if they were to fart about though I wonder if the Emi's might be able to influence him, i'd say our presentation to any prospective signings would be highly ambitious and might be enough to swing players we might think are unreachable.🤞

I wonder if we might bring in two DCM's?  We don't have a habit of stockpiling players but if Nakamba was to leave, we'd only have Iroegbunam as the natural DCM.  Ndidi is a good call as he is a very good player.

I'd say Dougie more likely to go then Marv. I could see us having X new player +Marv and TI47 as backup, if Bissouma did sign then we have another who play DM if needed.

Botman should be our number 1 target once a DM has been brought in.

    Botman.

    Dybala.

    Bissouma.

    Ndidi.

Those four and sell some and that makes us competitive at a higher level. As long as the coaching can keep up, I think and hope that it can.

At very least should go to the last session now.

I was just thinking back to the 1985 final where Taylor beat Davis on final black in final frame. I was 11 at the time in final year of junior school and can remember my old man letting us stay up to watch it on a school night (think it finished about 12.30am) then talking about it with all my mates next day who'd also been allowed to stay up. I doubt snooker is that big for kids these days.

It was massive for ages including and after then. Barry Hear made it happen along with having some very good and some very entertaining players.

Mrs Sidcow noticed on her A6 that the rear brake calipers had no covers. She was worried they had been nicked, it certainly doesn't look right.

A bit of googling reveals this is something Audi are doing, probably to save money. It looks shit, this is not a cheap car, what are they thinking?

The interior generally isn't as good as her previous A6, all feels a bit more down market, and interiors are meant to be Audi's big strength.  They need to be careful.

I have a golf gtd 7.5, had a golf 8 loaner for day while having mine serviced, the golf has gone backwards, I will not have another and don't even mention the infotainment system, it's the least intuitive system I've ever come across. The trend of doing away with physical buttons as a cost saver and incorporating the into the touch screen is pi55 poor and unsafe when in motion. Clowns.

All this in the name of coat cutting.

Shouty people shouting before a ball is struck.

If I was a player I'd prefer covid to be raging and an empty auditorium.

I bet there are a few Villa players that feel this way.
