We signed Watkins and Konsa from the championship, we had Mings, Mcginn and Grealish in the championship too. Cash as well though he's more like a bottom half RB.

Yep, could easily be Ramsey or Rogers through the Middle as well. Ginny turns 30 next season. By the time Ramsey and Rogers are 24 he'll be 33 or so and will be winding down.

Yes, he was disastrous and hamstrung us on offence all game. And The first goal came because he and Mcginn didn't mark the full back and the 2nd one wouldn't have happened if Carlos was playing because the ball went right over cash's head.

Which is the point of a CPO. To prevent essentially black mail like this. Personally I have no issues with a CPO as long as everyone is getting fair value. Have an independent appraiser come in and evaluate each house, then give 10% extra for the hassle. 

Ultimately a Villa redevelopment would be what is best for the area if it included a series of nice apartments, a shopping district, bars/restaurants/hotels and revamped public transport links.
