Got to be said that Mings does have a clanger or seven in him doesn’t he

The pitch looks lovely.
Probably the only positive I’ll spout today.

Played 18 since I was off today. Besides the highlights from Young's wonder strike do I need to watch the full 90?
If you want to catch up on some sleep on your day off then yeah fill your boots mate

What does Austin Macphee actually do to stay in gainful employment? He must have some dirt on Edens or something

He's not though, is he? He was born in England to two Norweigan parents and moved back to Norway at age 3, and he's declared internationally for Norway.
He'd be entitled to British citizenship if he wanted it but as far as I'm aware he's not claimed it? Seems a lot like he's Norweigan to me.
Oh I know it’s a bit of a push to say he’s English. English born, then

Lad's alright at football, isn't he? I sure hope he has an off-day at the weekend because otherwise we're in for an absolute tonking.
I don't particularly like Man City and the bloke isn't even English but I like him a lot. Feels like we're going to be watching something pretty special unfold this season!
He is actually English

Jesus wept.
They didn’t show the cell with Blockhead Gardner pacing up and down constantly screaming “WE DIDN’T NEED HELP FROM THEM LOT UP THE ROAD, DID WE NEED HELP FROM THEM LOT UP THE ROAD!?”

At least they’ve ruined the weekend but most don’t have to couple it with Monday morning misery tomorrow with the Bank Holiday. That’s the only positive I shall draw from that.

They’re supporting the team, good for them.
Oh I wasn’t saying I hope they turn just an observation that they’re still singing his name which is a long way off from bed sheets and whatnot. I remember being at VP when we lost 1-2 to Bolton in some of McCleish’s final days and it was actually poisonous, never known an atmosphere so bad.

Sounds like the Away contingent are still backing Gerrard. It’s usually the regulars there who tip the scales.

So if I use the words "if it's true" it completely absolves me from any responsibility from accusations?
Sure, didn't hear the commentary talk about it, but it's a pretty harsh accusation...always better to confirm or ask rather than make such a statement
Care to explain this then mate?!?

I’m beginning to think Brisbane Roar and Stade Renais were not the brilliant sides we thought they were . . .

Did I hear correctly, Digne wasn’t on to defend that first corner as he got pulled up for wearing jewellery!?

A name I didn't think I would see on these forums again.
I thought @rjw63 had had another meltdown and was doing everything to get the Grealish thread down

With camera phones these days you’ve got that feature where you can take a ‘live’ picture too and tweak it to look worse than it is.
Really couldn’t care less. If it’s a problem, which I don’t think it is, then it’s not our problem anymore.
