Aye.  Was just slightly surprised by the happy story told in the post I was replying to.  Its pretty horrible being on the end of where you are at the moment.  Frankly criminal that big clubs who have roles as community institutions and sources of identity can be bought and wrecked by idiots, criminals and chancers (we’ve had all of them, not sure how many of those boxes you can tick yet).

Idiots and chancers who have made criminal decisions yep. Criminal in the eyes of the law? Remains to be seen.

  2. Not sure if this has been mentioned but I’ve noticed that the club has filed resolutions (full documents not available to me yet.) However, I can see there have been filing for removal of pre-emption rights and allotment of securities (usually shares!) To do so you need the consent of all Directors, including Wyness, which is odd! But it would appear Xia has created new shares. I’m assuming this is for the potential investors, which might suggest a sale isn’t as imminent as we’d like! Shall we put a consortium together folks? Also noticed we’re due a further €5M from Marseille next month for the Amavi sale so it’s not all outgoings ?  knowing our luck at the moment it’ll be going straight to Nice for what we paid for him in the first place!

Do you know what Nemesis means?

A righteous infliction of retribution manifested by an appropriate agent, personified in this case, by the mighty Fulham.

Sorry guys, but you're gonna get fed to the pigs.

Seems sadly ironic that it’s a play off tie that’s got you into this pickle. Now you take all the time you need mate!

Imagine working the turnstiles though at small heath,  every week must be torture as the six toed crew shuffle past,  all getting a little bit stuck with the turnstile or ticket.  The kids who work in the turnstiles,  how would they describe their little job I hear you ask ? ,  i suppose for them it's a cross between being held by the Viet-Cong in Vietnam and surprisingly and in a completely different direction I think,  the prize bit on the Generation game where they had a cuddly toy and teas maid on the conveyor belt,  but importantly they describe all the prizes are utterly worthless but all look strangely alike with a wet dog smell hanging over them like a cloud from "Porton Down".  Imagine what you see every week for less than minimum wage !

Trying to issue a watered down Carling to someone who can’t get their knuckles off the floor long enough to grasp a pint . . . Trying to establish who ordered a Steak and Kidney amongst the sea of Burberry. I shudder to think!

small heath were named and shamed for what was a small amount of money they underpaid, but then again they are small time scum.

    Oh and hello @SuperTed ;)

Imagine! Such a prestigious, well endowed club having their name dragged through the gutter!

Thought I’d join you on Villatalk good sir! Not to offer opinions on the Villa, I just want to enjoy a laugh with Ruge ;)

    Finished Mindhunter.

    8/10 WB

Loved the development of Holden Ford.

From seemingly being immune to his exposure to his subjects to that final scene, which was harrowing! Plaudits to the actor who plays Ed Kemper too, so sinister.

  7. I’d stick to the same side that won on Wednesday, depending on any fresh injuries. I think Kodija needs to earn a starting bearth  again, there seems to be so much more of a dynamic up front with Keinan being catalyst to that (code for Kodija is too greedy? Perhaps ) Seems a shame to displace Hutton also, who’s been decent a left back IMO. I’m going to go 3-1 Villa, Adomah to get a brace.
