There is only so long you will circle the drain. We've become the turd that won't flush. I'm no longer even envious looking at teams like Southampton who are relatively well-run in comparison to us, it's just getting harder to care. We're already enough points adrift now that a single win won't move us anywhere up the table! Which is even more worrying when you look at our upcoming fixtures. We need to act right now.

1 win, 1 draw in opening 8 games? No idea what team will be picked week in week out - formation AND players. Strange starting formations and too slow to make tactical adjustments. Even slower to make subs, usually makes the wrong subs too. Tries to change game after we've effectively been beaten. Generally out-thought by every manager we've come up against. Not just a reaction to this game but applicable to nearly all of our games this season. Hopefully Fox has already been sounding people out to replace Tim, because this team shouldn't be where it is right now.

We only play when were losing. Pathetic against another team in poor form. Something has to change.

Formation not working, Stoke looking similar to Liverpool - loads of space and time to pick passes at their leisure. Unless something changes, I think our only chance is the counter...again.

I thought at the very least the one thing we would get from Sherwood would be to have a go and attack teams. We didn't do that today at all and the scoreline flattered us tremendously. I don't know how the game plan managed to end up consisting of letting a team badly low on confidence haveq all the time and space in the world to eventually pick us apart but lessons need to be learned... ...And to add to that, it feels as if there has been no improvement at all in other areas people have started to question. Eg. Being proactive in changing the game with subs or tactics. Still a massive concern for me. If we're going to be shit let's at least be committed whilst we fail to win football matches!

I must be an optimist and very stupid because I watched that until the final whistle, when I could've turned it off at 2-1 and known exactly how it was going to end. Tim needs to massively up his game. What is the point of Wilkins if literally everyone can see what is happening but we fail to react with an actual decent sub, yet again?! Credit to Jack and Gil for a couple of excellent goals, but the team was crying out for help and **** nothing was done about it.
