Perhaps before we all post funny pictures of tin foil hats you could please explain what your point is.
I've clicked on each of those links and tried to have a little read, but they were a little incoherent.
Any chance of an idiot's or dummies guide to your point?
maybe this guy will explane it better

From the very vague things I can remember reading about it years ago, the 'Freeman of the land' stuff is bollocks.
What part or parts was bollocks ?
there are lots of people waking up to it, loads of vids on youtube etc some are just people wanting to freeload allso but when you read/watch genuine people who are trying to change things for the better then your whole view of it could change.
There are some great stories of people who have changed things, like Karl Lens who is a freeman of the land and he had a down sydrome baby, he refused help cos he was making enough money to raise his child the right way and support his child himself, he had his child took away for 6 years cos he refused, fighting them through civil courts and he got no where cos the establishment can tie you in knots. he took them to whats called queens bench (common law court) he got his child back by the end of the day.
Common aw ain`t just about Travelling (driving) about without having to have tax etc
It's based on a (willful?) misunderstanding of the law.
I have no idea who Carl Lens is but the Queens Bench isn't some miraculous revelation. It's the top division of the High Court. Nothing earth shattering about that. If this bloke choose to take his case to that level and won, good for him, the system worked out for him.
Yes and queens bench operates under Common Law

I think you've been had.
don`t understand how i could of been had ? it hasn`t cost me a penny to read the info that is out there free on the internet
i do understand that it is hard to comprehend how the corporate world works to look after itself.
Jebus even a mortage itself is illegal because its illegal to get a mortgage on a property you don`t allready own (thier rules, civil)
But i don`t expect many to understand or defend what i have put, but if i get 3 or 4 who read the info in the links i will be happy.

Freeman of the land stuff is great purely because of the idiocy people who buy into it spout
or people who work in banks/financial institutions spout and get away with

Would like to introduce to people who don`t know about Common Law,becoming a Freeman of the land and about where Mortages/Loans really come from.
there is so much information out there and if you can read alot you will be amazed at how corrupt britain and the corporate world is...but you can do things about it i will just show snipits for now.
sites of reference
Common Law / Freeman of the land,
first you need to understand Statutes are merely invitations to enter a contract, and are only legally enforceable if one enters into the contract consensually. Otherwise, statute laws are not applicable.
the law we live in is Statute Law,statute law is a contract, and that individuals can therefore opt out of statute law, choosing instead to live under what is called "common" (case) and "natural" laws. Natural laws require only that individuals do not harm others, do not damage the property of others, and do not use "fraud or mischief" in contracts.
you can opt to do this by issuing "notice of understanding and intent and claim of right"
How Mortgages are created, Brief
first you need to understand how a cheque works and how loan agreements work. A loan agreement is a cheque .
you sign your loan agreement and they CASH your cheque with the treasury or the Bank of England.
So did your mortage company/Bank lend you anything ? NO they didn`t, there are loads more they do with the deeds to like sell them on etc, they make loads of money off your signature.
There is lots of free information on the interweb if you want to read and a few sites above

i will vote against any career politician who has no idea about the real world so that just leaves greens or Ukip....
Ukip have shaken up the established self serving parties well though, new labour and torrie policies have all got something they knicked from ukip cos they think thats just the reason why they lost bye elections... err no its not..
Alot are fed up with the way this country is run and it needs sweeping changes, not just a ahhh we will show them this but do this attitude.
I Vote to live under Common Law fekk the way extra taxes etc are put on us through civil law with its illegal taxes that most just pay
bah rant over cos could go into too much detail has to why this Island is broke

That's a nailed on certainty ! Sorry bad taste
Think its pronounced heysus and he's mexican in the chile con carne 2nd division and a target for us. Apparently he's so good he can turn wine into water!!
Probably a Villa supporter.Jesus wept...
Not great with crosses though.
he played in goal once, he let too many in, said it was like having a player with holes in his hands
think this thread will get resurrected around easter time

in the birmingham mail tonight
Aston Villa have reportedly thrown their hat into the ring of interest in wolves prized asset Bakary Sako.

I think some of his signings are the best any manager has done at villa in last 20 years or so.
i do agree the terrible football makes most want him gone. i allso think some of the players he adopted have let him and us down badly Gabby and wiemann to name 2 is not just about midfield need to supply them cos in past seasons they have and they didn`t deliver then. I think Wiemann may get better now we have gil though
i think Gil is gonna be a great just based on the 1.3 games i seen of him so far.
My personal opinion of Lambert is.....Imagine what players he could find if he was funded well, am willing to give him more time especially now he has brought Gil, hope he gets in 1 or 2 more and we will have a good side

Love the confidence but there is a difference to beating Bournemouth reserves at home and beating Arsenal first team away!
The best I can see us doing is scoring a goal.
Score prediction: Arsenal 3 - Villa 0.
Got tickets in the home area so hoping we keep them quiet! Would love to see us win this .
a quiet day out then take a book and ask where fiction section is

Roberto Martinez is a good manager (imo) and set Wigan up right. They still had limited finances and they still got relegated.
People forget that Martinez was the manager who had them down the bottom most seasons, as well as being the manager that got them out of the relegation scrap. They tended to focus on the latter, ignoring the former. Martinez is an example of a manager who has a fair amount of things right, but struggles with a key element. Lambert's struggle is setting up a midfield, Martinez's is a defence
Kindof ironic, then, that if Martinez were still at Wigan he'd be odds on to replace Lambert if Lambert were sacked. As a club we're not going to identify and attract a much better alternative. (There's a reason why this point has been raised before: It means everything, if we decide to get rid of Lambert).
Given that the end result would most likely be the same in terms of rough position, I'd have Martinez over Lambert any day because at least we'd be entertained
go ask the Neverton fans if they are being entertained, they want Martinez out...guess why ??... cos of his negative tactics (tippy tappy football) and no plan B

i would take benteke off for wieman cos he don`t seem to be bothered at all
cleverly looks like he been given a more forward role and been ok, would still swap him for gil

How can a manager, who signs some top talent on a limited budget, consistently pick the wrong players in the wrong positions in the wrong circumstances?
The guy shoots himself in the foot every week. I hate it, because I don't hate him.
this too is for me, got some great bargain players that makes me want him to stay... then he picks the side that passes sideways

am hoping Gil starts today.
cmon you Lions.
misses a redscouse fan plz do it to make my night a bearable

some real great post here, being born in 1967 i was lucky to really start understanding football at the right time, and Lucky my family was all Villa fans,my Grandad and other fans raising money for roof on the holte by selling lottery tickets was the family story.
my dad taking us to villa park, me at about 13 threatening my sister with a slap if she kept shouting " I love you Gary" down my ear.. " watch the frigging football"
Great days
of course the best place to stand was the right side " The Right Side"
I love our history and our name
what i dont miss is the little tiny shed for match day memorabilia , a circle forming for some one who couldn`t walk 50 yards to toilets
