  1. Well he ended up conceding five goals, not sure he could have done much about any of them though, some terrible defending from MK Dons' defeners, maybe second goal he could have done better, but Crawley striker was incredibly accurate with his shot, so I think was more a brilliant pinpoint shot than Marscahll's fault. Still not a great end to his loan.

Another take away is that Emre Tezgel looked very good when he came on for MK Dons, and playing for a team that were already well beat by then. Looking at his stats in League Two this season, he has three goals and three assists in 545 minuts of football, which is very good for a eighteen year old, surely will be part of Stoke's first team next season, presuming someone doesn't take him off them

  2. Just seen Marschall is in goal for MK Dons, didn't play in the last leg. Nine appearances ten goals conceded including today so far, doesn't seem too bad, considering he only joined in Janaury, and missed around ten games through injury

  3. Fearing we might miss out on top four isn't the problem, it wouldn't take the most unlikely set of results for that to happen, it's a possibility, what's annoying is people saying with certainty that we won't pick up another point, again it's possible but far from certain, but maybe worse than being certain we won't pick up another point, is not even acknowledging that we have another two games to play, as if our only hope is City beating Spurs

I think we will beat at least one of Liverpool or Crystal Palace, both have nothing play for, Palace have been on a very good run, but they're a midtable team at best, they haven't suddenly turned into top four quality, midtable teams someimes go on such runs, and then those runs end and they go back to being average, it happens all the time, Palace probably due a defeat as well, of course they might beat us, point is it's not guaranteed just because they're on a good run, football doesn't work like that

I think Manchester CIty will more than likely beat Spurs, but a Spurs result is also possible, they've won three of their last five, at home against City in the league, so wouldn' be the biggest surprise

I actually wouldn't be surprised if Sheffield United beat them on the last day, hopefully it doesn't get to the point where we're relying on that, but it's the kind of strange result that the last day can throw out

  4. We've had all this crap before, a few bad results and people think we're not going to get another point and other teams are going to go on amazing runs.

Just because we've had a few bad resuls doesn't mean we're not going to pick up another point

And just because Palace have won a few games doesn't mean they're certainties to beat us

And just because Spurs had lost a few today didn't mean that was going to coninue

Form goes up and down for most teams in the league

  5. We no need to beg for Burnley's help we can do it ourselves as we've shown time and time again this season, the people taking as if we're reliant on others and there's no chance of us picking up another point you would think we were near the bottom of the table. We're just as likely to beat both Liverpool and Palace as lose both

  6. We don't have to beat both Palace and Liverpool, a win against either would be enough for top four, and we're more than capable of beating either, especially Palace, who have just had a few good results, they're not world beaters, in fact them winning today makes me more confident of beating them as they're probably well due a loss now

  7. They would have liked to have done better, but I don't think they will be concerned, the same thing happens every season, form takes a dip as they lose players to the U21s around Christmas time, our Under eighteens doing well, they're just not playing for the U18s, a number of them playing regularly for the U21s, three of them were on the bench in midweek for the first team, and that I'm aware of, eight U18s have trained with the first team squad this season, five of those first year scholars, so U17s. And there will still be some good prospects still playing for the U18s, Lynch and Hemmings, amongst others.

  8. Burnley are in better form than Spurs, have been better away from home, and need a win to avoid relegation

But as out of form as Spurs have been, they've had some tough games in that time, they're probably due a win, and they will see today as a better chance than most to get it, and it will also be one last chance for them to put some pressure on us

So I think Spurs win more likely than not, would be nice if Burnley could cause an upset though

  9. Most of the moanng is mob mentality and playing to the gallery, if the new badge was really as bad as some are making it out there would be protests against it as there were with the Leeds badge, and watch what happens, it will be unveiled talked about for a few days maybe a few weeks, and then it will be for the most part forgotten about, no one will be bothered how it looks, beyond a fleeting thought, as happens every single year with new kits, people will just get used it, as always with this kind of thing

  10. Ché Adams is likely going to Wolves

If Duran was to leave I think he would be replaced by someone of a similar profile rather the likes of Adams, Iheanacho and so on

Duran has done brilliantly for us and has such huge potential, would take a lot of money to buy him

Three Crowns Of The Sailor (Raul Ruiz) - Another good film from Raul Ruiz

The Eve of Ivan Kupalo ( Yurii Illienko ) - Very creative film, liked it

  12. I see Remi Allen has left London City Lionesses, their fans seem shocked and dissappointed, wouldn't be surprised if she ended up back with us, either as Ward's replacement or as assistant manager to someone else

  13. He's a good player, not getting many minutes for isn't us really an indication otherwise, we just happen to be one of the better teams in the league this season therefore going to be even harder than usual to get in, same for any of our youngsters, also the fact we ask our right-backs to play quite reserved and his main assett as a right-back is his attacking play

I could imagine the likes of Hull MIddlesbrough and maybe Plymouth with Whittaker money bidding for him in the summer, maybe we let him go for cut price if cheap buyback included

Right-back situation a little in the air, if Cash is replaced as first team option then I think he will be sold, or maybe not maybe we keep him as back up for one more season, whilst Kosta develops, or we could bring Kosa in as back up, or sell Cash, loan Kosta out again, and keep Kesler-Hayden around as back-up for a season, and guess what, one of the best players in our academy Triston Rowe is a right-back, so I think we will start to see him in and around the squad next season, he's essentially already had two seasons for our U21s despite being only seventeen, so in theory could be ready for a loan, but because of his age I imagine we will hold back on that

  14. Manchester City have only won of their last five in the league against Spurs, and they've lost three of those, so it's not really a one in ten chance that Spurs get a result or even a win.

I'm hoping the above means that Manchester City are due a good win against them, also not sure if in any of those games Spurs played City at this stage of the season when City are normally better than usual, they will have it in their minds that they can't afford any slip ups, they're essentially playing for the league title

Also I think how the fans feel can have an affect on the players, because fans feelings affect the atmosphere, Spurs likely to play a lot better if they've got the whole ground behind them and roaring them on, than they would do if the crowd isn't actually that bothered, and would actually rather them lose if it means Arsenal missing out on the title, and bizzarely it seems a number of Spurs fans do feel that way

  15. Iroegbunam did very well on loan at QPR first half of the season he was being talked about as one of the best midfielders in the Championship, the Athletic reported that 'bigger teams' were watching him, and other media were linking him with Borussia Dortmund and Juventus, that was likely made up, but point is he was causing that kind of speculation because of how well he was doing, the media don't link random players who aren't doing very well for a team like QPR with such moves, second half of the season QPR struggled as a team and he was asked to play a more reserved role, but he was still fine, bearing in mind it was his first season playing competitive football, and he had to make the step up from U21s to Championship level, which is a massive step up by the way

Loan him to the Championship next season and there's every chance that he has a season next season like Philogene has had this season, in fact I'm convinced that put him in an half decent Championship team and he will do well, he's already shown that he's capable

Because this season has been disrupted by injuries I don't think we would get a transfer fee as big as we otherwise would have done, so a loan might be best, after which he will be worth more than he is now, or he might do so well we decide to keep him, I mean if we'd have loaned Philogene out last summer instead of selling him, he would probably be returning to our squad

  16. People are overrating Palace just because they've had a few good results, but they haven't suddenly turned into world beaters, a club like that will have a run of games here and there across the course of a season where they do well and that's what essentially keeps them up, but before long they go back to being not very good again, we're more than capable of beating them, there's a reason they're fourteenth in the table, would be fifteenth without Everton's point deductions

Of course they might beat us, just like any PL team is capable of doing if we have an off day, but the way some are talking you would think we're near the bottom and they're top four

Nothing to say we can't beat Liverpool before then, at home with them having nothing to play for, we have a chance if we can find another good performance, and again as with Palace above and their recent good results, just because we've had a few not so good resutls and performances it doesn't mean to say that's going to continue, we can still find some good form

Even if Burnley were to somehow beat Spurs before we play again, meaning Champions League already sealed, I think Emery would want us to end the season strongly, at least lets get to seventy point

  17. I missed his appearance as turned off when they scored their second, a shame he made his debut in such a loss, but he will probably now get a better loan next season than he otherwise would have done, just by virtue of having played for our first team, so that should be a postive for him, of course man not saying he's suddenly going to get a Championship move, but maybe now more League Two teams or even a League One team will take a look
