    There is something going on I am sure about it. If its to do with Ole Gunner Solskjær or not I don't know but this seems to have been a very very good distraction for us all whist the real target is sorted out. Just my opinion but I feel Friday will be a big day

    If any one realistically thinks it gonna be anyone other than Mark Hughes then I feel people will be disappointed. This for me is the only reason that the club has been waiting and I give it 24 hrs then we will see villa appoint Hughes seems so obvious from where I'm sitting just seeing if we can grab Carlo fist hence the 2 interviewees. But we can dream of a massive gamble on an unknown manager like rijkard (well in the prem anyway) seems daft to me to even consider it. The wally with a Brillo isn't even in the frame IMHO

    I agree no news has got to be good news I have a very strong feeling it will be Hughes that's the only reason that I can think of for the delay. If we Were going for someone who wasn't in a job or not tied up with contractuall s#%€ then surely we would have already got the deals done. So for me it will be a left field manager that none of us have thort of of Hughes hopefully the board will get this right a big moment for the villa.     Hughes to Chelsea and Carlo to villa would make my day would be dancing around if that happened but just see Hughes as a far more viable option to Carlo, he could set up a big thing with villa let's just see what happens. I say a week till we will know for sure and think Hughes may well have just shot himself in the foot unless he knows something we don't ????????

    Ok I read England as London now if Carlo if offered both jobs on the same money can u really see him coming to us over them, nah get real london has way more pull than a lot of people realise Hughes will be good for us I feel

    I properly hate the way people jump down on MH and are already saying we are stuping for mid table who's to say we won't get an amazing season next year with him in charge did well at Blackburn and only had one season at fulham At least give him a chance first if it even is going to be Hughes

    Hughes is looking more and more like who we are going to get not amazing but a solid replacement Ancelotti would be an amazing appointment but would take massive chunks of cash for him and his back room staff and then players that he would want but hey could be a fun time for the villa

    Curbishley would be a real backward step for the club as would southgate IMO and i dont think lerner will go for either of them but i may be proved wrong and this would put the club back to pre oneil days but hey ho villa will survive whoever comes in There is no ideal choice but for me bradley would o an amicable job and may even surprise us all
