Is this move definitely on or is it mostly speculation and wishful thinking at the moment? seems to be just Hourihane that we are trying to poach?
Well, in so far as everything is speculation before we see Mr Bree ITSOTP then yes, it's speculation, but all the internet snippets are strongly suggesting it's a goer.

absolutely appalling. after inept performances, we get half a sniff of improvement and toss it in the bin. Crap game management. Bruce is shit. I know we'll be stuck with him for a while as muddle along getting indifferent results with no genuine sign of improvement in setup, performance or output. It's early to call it I know, but I have no faith he'll do more than **** all with us as a side. He cannot inspire, he cannot manage us. He's old, whilst his record was decent before coming here, all records end and yet again Villa prove to be the graveyard of once competent professionals.
Shit shit shit
Take a breath mate.
It's disappointing sure, but the first half shows what we are capable of and that was only with the addition of Lansbury. Once Hourihane ands Bree come in, wel'll begin to see a better shape, with more consistency and better results.
We've been shit for years, but things clearly are improving, so you're just gonna have to wait a little bit longer...

I'm not sure I understand the relevance of what Londonder's think of Birmingham to the January transfer window?

Signing Rhodes unless we bring in two midfielders that can pass the ball forward and make runs will be completely pointless
Gardwood Jedwood or Jedgard and he won't score like McCormack and will just be another waste of money
Which we are clearly trying to do.

Post of the day? Yes lets buy some more shit overpriced british players as they've served us so well so far. Our two best players are foreign. 5 out top 6 managers in the league are foreign. We need to go foreign or not go at all. And **** Steve Bruce off as well and all this "knows how to get out the Championship" shyte. The propaganda down here is as bad as the Premier League. Xia can stay if he still wants to build a theme park but he's destined to be Randy Lerner mark 2 the way he's going.
I'm not interested in signing cack like Rhodes or the Lansbury. Save your money Tony or invest it into a **** scouting network.
Too many old grey men at the top of our board living in the past.
We are an anti-progressive club who need to come out of the 19th century and into the 21st.
Like progressive Remi Garde and his foreign legion? Yeah, that worked a treat. Pretty certain the solution is not as binary as foreign OR British?

How on earth can you feel sorry for Bruce. Stop giving him the benefit of the doubt. When did we last play well? When did we last score from open play? Not good enough. He's had these players long enough to stamp his mark. For those of you that lauded Bruce, this is what you get. Poor, Boring Villa..
We were just as bad if not worse before he came.

We are STILL not a team and yes, that is largely because we have no midfield, but it's also because we have no threat. If attack is the best form of defence we have no defence. Buy some f******* midfielders!
-
Think Bree's overrated, prefer Navas, but Shitty fans would say, hands off that's Nacho Cheesus.

I think the manager is doing a decent job and we do have some very decent Championship players but as we have a poor midfield that pretty much affects everything.
My thoughts exactly...

The team still aren't gelling into a cohesive whole - that's a very frustratingly obvious fact.
But, it does not make all of our players shit. It's a bit like making a cake and using all the ingredients apart from eggs and milk.
The cake tastes repulsive, but not because the sugar and flour are low quality.
Oh and we don't need icing, we do need eggs and milk.

'Atew' MoM only because he doesn't exist and didn't play.
The most disappointing thing about that was the familiar inevitability of it all, we looked just as hopeless as last year.
No fluidity, loose passing, totally outplayed and beaten by a team on a shit run. Major surgery STILL needed. So bloody depressing.

There is no logical reason why gabby should be in the team.
The decision to bring him back certainly is peculiar and not something I'm particularly fond of, but it is possible to make logical arguments for his inclusion, you understandably, just don't like them either...

Ahhhh, that's better, back to disagreeing and sniffing out the inevitable impending doom.
Have we lost yet?

I'll tell you what's boring... people saying, nothing has changed and here we go again after their goal went in.
We all know there are still problems, but despite these problems Steve Bruce has earned us 11 from 15 - that's quite 'different' if you ask me.
Stop bloooodddy whingeing and haves some patience.

Momentum, Agbonlahor gave us an option, pleased for Gardner, well done Birmingham, we are improving. Like our new found fight. Happy enough.
