Oher than Kamara for Dendoncker and Torres for Lenglet that is arguably our strongest 11
Two of our most crucial components to the way we play and still no decent RB or LM. Now we're up to almost half our out field team.

Hindsight is 20/20 but we absolutely must have this guy in the centre at all times. He's far and away our best defender and sticking him out on the right is disrupting our backline. I'd rather see Dendonker at RB if it means Konsa plays in the middle. Comfortably our best player tonight and we need him at the heart of our defence, not stuck out wide.
Yet another example of how not having a backup RB is really twisting is up. Should've kept Young after all.- 1

Considering we played that game with our back up CBs (Lenglet and Carlos), no proper RB (Konsa), missing our best CM (Kamara), arguably no LM (Ramsey was incredibly poor) and that Douglas and McGinn unfortunately had poor games I'm starting relax a bit.

Some of the comments about him before kickoff were ridiculous for a player that wears our badge.
He's limited yes, but he is also a squad player that by all reports causes no problems despite wanting more minutes.
We are lucky to have a guy like this in our squad, we can't sign 25 first team players it doesn't work like that.
Really happy for him, getting a start and banging in a goal..
I see your point but he is genuinely a complete liability to the way we play. He might be a decent footballer but in our system, in that position, he does more harm than good and absolutely must go.

Too much turkey for Unai.

Of course it isn't, to suggest that the players on the pitch have been great and it's down to a couple of subs is ridiculous. The players are on the pitch and it is upto them to show willing and desire to compete. Something they have not done.
A game of 22 athletes at their absolute physical peak who are in the top 0.0001% of their skillset and have the mentality to actually reach the top of their game is decided by tactics and setup. Not 'desire'.
Can you pass to a teammate that isn't there simply by wanting it more? Get off. -

Sell, sell, sell. As we all know a replacement for him should be second on the list after a right back. Promote Tim and f***ing play him.

United grew in confidence the more we f*cked about. No Pau, Konsa or Kamara in the middle combined with Douglas' twin amateur footballer brother taking his place killed any and all build up we had. What's more surprising is Emery not seeing this nor making any changes to mitigate it. Absolutely out classed in every department tonight and the blame should land squarely on Emery's shoulders.

This is on the players, they just haven't worked hard enough to win the game.
Lmao. To even hint that the players don't want to win or work hard is ridiculous. The set up has been all over the shop today and United are playing out of their skins.

Players bottled it simple as that not one stood up second half all went to water.
The manager bottled it for me.

We have zero legs in the middle we needed to bring Tim on here like 20 mins ago. Terrible coaching from Emery here.
It's so obvious it hurts. How the f*** has Emery not seen it? Even if it's sticking JJ or McGinn on Dendonkcer to help him.
-
Completely and utterly deserved. Completely and utterly on Emery.

Think we should bring on Tim. Even if he's not ready we desperately need some legs in the middle.
Completely agree. Give him a go.

McTominay is scoring the winner isn’t he?
You already know it'll be the striker that hasn't scored in 15 appearances.
-
You know it's bad when even McGinn can't make it stick with his arse.

But then Watkins also looks **** knackered. Carlos looks an absolute **** liability. There are changes we could make and we're just sitting back and waiting to lose.
Oh, and Ramsey is on the pitch apparently
I'm astonished it's taken him this long to make a substitution.

**** dire for about 40-50 mins now. Utterly pathetic.
Where are the changes?
To be fair we can't exactly play Zaniolo or Diaby in centre mid. Our spine is non-existant.

Absolutely awful from Emery tonight. Awful.

Not my take, but we need to wake up a bit, definitely not at our best today. Haven’t worked Watkins once have we?
Not at all mate. Watkins has nothing to work with.

No Pau, no Konsa (in the middle), no Kamara is suicide.
-
McGinn just lost the ball because it took Dendoncker 5 days to pass the ball.

2-0 up in the first 25 minutes and turned to shite since then?
I'll never understand football.
We've scored off two set-pieces and been battered the rest of the match.

Carlos/Donkey off please.
