  1. Hmm, not sure on that one, I'd say they are at least every 30 mins. Its platform 14 though, its at the far end of the station and I'm pretty sure that Wigan is on the line to Southport, but they'll tell you that when you get your tickets. . 50/50 split from Wallgate to Picc or Vic. To make 1750 coach, you'd need to be on 1653 from Wallgate to Picc, arr 1735.
  2. Hi General, Sorry to jump on the bandwagon with the two previous posters, but I've got a 27 game booking history from last season and this, including Lovech, Prague, Hamburg and Moscow, but couldn't make Sunderland due to unforseen domestic circumstances . I'm also a ST holder. I think the club are making a big mistake if they let Sunderland travellers take priority for the Pompey game.
  3. Watch out which trains you're travelling on. There's engineering work between Leicester and P'boro, with every other train in each direction being a bus substitute between the two places.
  4. I'm sure some of you will have seen it mentioned before, but if you're struggling with the four payments option, it's well worth looking at the Barclaycard Football credit card. If you buy your season ticket(s) with it, you pay not one penny interest, there's no setup or joining fee, in fact no catches whatsoever. I took one out last year to buy mine and my son's. We pay off £35 a month each ( more if we can manage it). We'll be paid off in early May. I can then get the card out and renew before the end of May. This is especially worth considering if you're a first time ST buyer and want to wait to see if decent seats are available after renewal deadline. It doesn't matter then if you've missed the clubs easy payment scheme. Log onto barclaycard.co.uk, click credit cards, then Barclays football credit card. One thing though. DON'T use it for anything else, otherwise it's a high rate of interest.
