  1. This won't sell out mate. Here's a link to a big sports bar on Las Ramblas that's got an official Barcelona ticket shop just inside on the right where you'll be able to buy tickets with no mark up, http://www.bcnsportsbar.com/mapaing.html
  2. 12,100 capacity. We should get the seated South Stand behind the goal(temporary, but covered), and about one third of the open East enclosure. Not more than around 1200 ish tickets for us I reckon.
  3. Hi General, Are the club aware that those of us travelling to Hong Kong that purchased £36 tickets, via the club (the dearest available), are sitting in just about the worst possible section in the ground, in the lower tier right by the corner flag. I would have thought the dearest tickets would be in the Upper tier near the halfway line, wouldn't you?. Locals are paying £10 - £16 for the same tickets. You could say that if you can afford to go to Hong Kong, what difference does another twenty quid make, but nobody likes to be taken for a mug. Any comments?, Thanks for your time.
  4. The tickets for Saturday 30th July games sold out in two days in Hong Kong apparently, giving a 40000 capacity. The three English teams travelling fans are all located in the dearest seats, the only reserved ones in the ground. Still some tickets left for Wednesdays game locally.
  5. Oh, I am definitely considering going to city centre during the non Villa match days. Once I get my bearings down and I know the train to get down there, it won't be an issue for me to go to and from the city centre on my open days. I don't drink so I am not thinking of hanging out in pubs late Friday and Saturday nights. I am curious if the trains travel back and forth from the city centre to the airport stops after any certain time of night. Last train from Birmingham New Street to International is 2353 Mondays - Fridays, 4/5 trains per hour from 2100 ish. Last train Saturday is 2313, 2 per hour late evening. Last train on Sunday is 2314, 2/3 per hour late evening. These times won't change until mid May approx. I just notice that when I was first considering flights to choose from that most of my departure ones out of Birmingham were early in the morning. This is why I feel like I prefer to at least stay near the airport.
  6. Just been pointed out to me that City are on TV on Monday night 28th Feb, so 2nd march is a no go. 13th March would have to be the date.
  7. I reckon if it's City we have to play, it'll be on Wednesday 2nd March. ( prob the same date if Notts pull it off in the replay, due to ticket sales). City's midweek fixtures after Notts Co. on 19/20th Feb are, Thurs 24/2 Aris, home, Europa Wed 2/3 no game Thurs 10/3 Europa (if they beat Aris) Thurs 17/3 Europa (" " " "). If we drew at COMS, then the replay would have to be on Sunday 13th March, the weekend of the sixth round.
  8. Somebody said Nicky Keye reported a projected crowd of 26700. I don't know how they predict the walk ups, but they're usually right to within a few hundred.
  9. Hi General, Welcome back. Are the club still planning to go to Hong Kong in July for the four team tournament mentioned a few months back?. Please let it be a yes!
  10. When you phone up on the 19th, say you want 4 and all have attended 3 away games. They tend to check the first accounts history but not the rest so you could get all 4 on the 19th. I've just succesfully got an extra ticket by doing it And im 18, i asked for an u19 ticket to find out the is no such thing, apparently a typo on the OS, and its actually u18 You must have got lucky there Spl. I've been buying away tickets for several years, including six this morning, over the phone, and have always had to give ref number, surname and first line of the address. I know they've checked the history, because on occasions, they've queried the number of games booked previously.
  11. You might get the first two sg, but doubtful for the second two, I reckon.
  12. Four of the Third Round Proper games have been selected for live television coverage, with one more game to be confirmed next week. The FA Live TV fee is £144,000 per club. Arsenal v Leeds United Saturday 8 January 2011 12.45pm kick-off Live on ITV1 Stevenage v Newcastle United Saturday 8 January 2011 5.30pm kick-off Live on ESPN Manchester United v Liverpool Sunday 9 January 2011 1.30pm kick-off Live on ITV1 Leicester City v Manchester City Sunday 9 January 2011 4pm kick-off Live on ESPN The final ESPN selection will be confirmed next week.
  13. We're in row 36!. No mate, there isn't any official travel btw.
  14. I wouldn't have thought there'd be any returns to speak of, as the away scheme didn't apply, so everyone that wanted one, had to apply for a ticket.
  15. This'll easily get to STH's. The rush'll start on Thursday.
