It seems like they have been extremely consistent this year with not calling that unless the offside player is directly impacting (holding) the keeper. 

ill be honest, at first i thought it was a clear offsides. but now there has not been any clear pictures that give the lines

who would've thought that Luton would be the first of the promoted teams to win a game this season.
