    Fekin chuffed. To win these kinds of games, that's just what a top 6 team does. It has to be said that those two missed sitters in the end really was appalling for a forward. But no matter, we won and I love Gabby!!

    Our defense seems very solid except from a few blips obviously due to players not knowing eachothers well enough yet. But our midfield is close to non-existent, credit to blues, they're aggressive and doesn't give us any space. Must say I hate all those backpasses and lumpings. Give Gabby balls to chase on the ground, not in the air! Though, whan all is said and done, Villa always looked more likely to score. Just give us a little more space and we will walk over them.

    Wish I could have been there, this might just be a cracking game. Hopefully Craig Gardner gets a little run-out during the game, he's going to be all fired up, scaring the blues shitless only by looking at them.

    An effortless 2-0 against Fulham is a great result. Solid is the keyword here. We were solid and comfortable, though not spectacular. But it makes sense to play it safe in the first matches, choose simple solutions, let the foundation set and the new players to be blooded into the team. Happy for Clark, he did a good job. Just the right type of match to get your full time debut.

    Reason: it seems like we just need to turn the knob up for å few seconds, and the openings will come, especially now in the last ten minutes. More so than Fulham's. But we'll see.

    Agreed with the sentiments on NRC. Just to think of if he had gotten a goal on that ball from Young, what an triumphal comeback it would have been! Also, nice to finally see Shorey play a wholly good match. Perhaps he's not done on this level after all?
