Err when did mayfield take over from Darnold as favourite for first pick?
So my buddy is having a draft party after work tomorrow (yup, friday) and he wants us to all not know the results. How likely is that?

Cleveland Browns
Who do you realistically want to take?
Josh Rosen was my preferred choice, but in recent weeks I've cooled on him.
I think, when it is all said and done, he could be the best QB in this draft. However, I think it will depend greatly on whether he lands in the right spot. Of the Top 4 guys, he's the one I think has the highest bust potential in Cleveland.
Every time I have listened to Rosen's interviews I think it's clear he is hoping to go the Giants. Maybe he'll prove me wrong, but as of right now I would probably take Josh Allen or Sam Darnold and hope like hell that Tyrod plays well enough / stays fit so that they won't have to see the field in their first season.
Who do you think you will actually take?
I think it's going to be Sam Darnold. I think John Dorsey has known his pick for a while and in all likelihood it'll be him. At 4? Who knows. A trade down is probably likely.
Who do you want to completely avoid?
Saquon Barkley. This draft class appears to be deep in the RB position, and I just don't think Barkley provides value at #4
you wont be happy with whats widely considered the best player of the draft at 4? picking up Barkley and your preferred QB sounds pretty decent to me. you still have 3 x 2nd round picks (33,35 and 64) to work on other areas. It would have to be a good offer to move down, better than just the bills 2 x 1st round picks for me.

He's apparently arranged a 50% discount on Evident Proof.
Which I guess means you've doubled your money straight away.
yeah so everyone will be getting 1.8x value than if they just go in at ICO.
I dont really see anything wrong with it. no one has to send him money.
Are people just sending it to his personal account? thats what id worry about, that he can just keep it all

Sounds like incredibly easy money, I'm not sure why one guy gets a cut for organising it though? Especially such a big cut?
The group i'm in put $200k in for Persona and everyone just gets their coins for the amount they invested, and there's no need to have an organiser for it.
If you can find out how he's doing it then you should definitely do it. Personally I would't pay 10% to participate in a pre-sale but obviously people are.
If he is arranging a huge discount then i wouldnt have an issue in giving him a small cut, which is what happened in our presale.

Ok not sure this was worth a new thread, but i have 2 issues with my garden:
1. Stray Cats
2. Fox
im not sure which is doing what but both are in my garden from time to time. I dont even have grass, i have artificial turf. But there is alot if shitting going on in my garden and digging. I even found a shoe in my flower bed.
What is the best way of getting rid of both? I actually think its mostly the cats, although it is unlike cats to just shit on the artificial grass.
I have tried using cat repellent granules but that has not worked. I think they live in the garden next to mine and if they wanted to go anywhere they would have to go through my garden.
Anyone got a way i can stop them coming into my garden?

get the QB they want! Then go for Barkley if he is still there, Chubb if he is not. Possibly entertain the idea of trading up with colts to get Barkley. Colts need Chubb as much as they need Barkley and maybe they could get an additional pick by letting the Browns pick the one they want

So that guy sent out a picture of the spreadsheet he's kept for what people have given him. Rough calcs because it was all in different currencies, but I reckon he collected 20-25k
He's taking 10%. Even if everyone loses money, he keeps that 10% regardless.
So he's made £2000-£2500 for basically nothing.
I know @zak your similar experience was a lot more money, but I just can't get over that this guy has made that money in a couple of days for what? Making a spreadsheet?
I actually cant get over the money raised in the other one, $2.5m in a whatsapp group. I mean we did get the most ridiculous discount, like too good but still

Yeah the Telegram ICO doesn't sit right with me. They've raised $850m for it so far. Surely what they are trying to do doesn't justify that.
I think they were hoping to raise $2 billion. Crazy money.
thought they were looking to raise 1bn and raised 850m in presale so arnt going to do a public ICO?

Not to trump you but we just raised money from a whatsapp group im in for a ICO: over 2,500ETH
We used Primablock as a pooling service rather than just sending it to 1 guy.
was set up by the guy i have previously discussed.
Unbelievable amounts of money for a whatsapp group (150 people)
Took 48 hours to raise, guy took 5% admin fee, which was fine considering the discount he got.
easiest £100k ever made

That group I'm in are going big on THOR.
The guy organising it must have collected about 25 ETH to invest in it so far.
Seems mad. Most of them hardly know this guy. I know him so i'm fairly sure he's good for it, but it's a lot of money to be throwing around and trusting with someone you don't know, for a relatively unknown ICO

Haha, wtf is arcblock?
Too many coins to keep up on
I was looking into getting some Arcblock at ICO, sold out in a couple of minutes.
Also TON and Polymath which raised money at presale. I have bought some Polymath coins since though.

I feel like the Cousins market won't be as competitive as we're led to believe.
I agree especially with the other possible available QBs and then the 6 or so decent QBs coming out in the draft.
Will Foles stay as a backup, also Vikings have an interesting situation and a team might take a punt on one of those 3 guys

So while prices have been unsteady, iv been sorting out my holdings :
Ether
Bitcoin
Ripple
INS
Ark
Powerledger
VeChain
Flixx
Bitcoin Cash
Neo
and i got into the Farmatrust Pre-sale, so hoping that does well.
Ton and Polymath, still the ones to look out for i think
Out of my coins i like INS value the best

Blockfolio looks like a nice little app, it summarises your coins and values on 1 screen. You put the coins you’ve got and how many and it shows you their value. You can pick which exchange you want it to use for the price.
I use blockfolio

Tis easy.
I have a ledger which I keep on me at all times, a ledger stored elsewhere which has already been "recovered", and a brand new ledger as a backup for my backup
If you buy one, don't buy it off ebay though, people have been getting scammed.
Wait so you can have 2 Ledgers with the same wallets?
-
58 minutes ago, Stevo985 said:
So basically you keep the codes or phrases on that drive? Or does the wallet sit on that too?
Its the key to your wallets. I have the same one by the way.
with out that device plugged in to the PC and the 4 digit access code you cannot access the wallets.
Obviously, If you go away without the ledger, you wont be able to access the accounts.
I understand if you lose the ledger, there is a way to get access again with the 24 word recovery sheet, im not sure how easy it is though.

Im all for VAR, very suprised it wasnt a penatly, i know he made the most of it but it was a terrible tackle.
Anyway i still think its more important to have a no talk back to refs / swearing / shouting rule in place. Rugby can do it, all the american sports can mostly do it.

Well the good news about all this is, I bet there's a lot of hedge funds etc that have been patiently waiting for the right moment to get into crypto. I think the bounce will be quite strong when it happens. Really wouldn't surprise me to see Bitcoin back at $15-20k in Feb.
Hopefully you are right.
I dont think there will be much of a bounce for a while (at least 3 months). This is just a correction after the mad crypto rush leading up to Christmas IMO. I mean look at the Bitcoin Google search charts, it was crazy

Hodl Strong!
It is difficult to be so at ease with the loss. Im going to have a really expensive wedding in Cape Town it looks like but my loss in the last day and a half could have easily covered it.
Just gotta keep remembering how much i put in and that i am way up on my investment (3.7x). Even if the market halves again, i would have snapped your hands of for that, when i invested.

Damn, Bitcoin wouldn't deposit at Kucoin quick enough to buy it around 2200.
Set a low buy order at 2050 in case the market wobbles again.
Really want 100k flixxo's
bought 20k at c.0.00029 Ether

Probably get it done with One Plus.
Haven't really got round to looking into it yet.
Think it will be cheaper but believe you have to send it to Poland or somewhere and it can take a while. There customer service is not considered great.
Alternative is a phone shop who can probably do it in 2 hours but will charge £120 or so.
Im probably going to give it to a phone shop to do it
